Booked a delivery date on their website to then be told they don’t have availability in that date. Once skip was delivered getting them to collect it is a nightmare, B&M don’t answer the phone and on email they stated they’ll collect the skip sometime in the future. Basically using my drive as storage solution for their skips.

Ordered a home delivery between 5-7pm, received the usual list of substitutes (always plenty) at 3:30pm and the app stated to expect the delivery at 5:22pm. At 7:20pm the ordered still hadn’t arrived, I called to find out where the driver is, only to be told the order had been cancelled with no notification or communication. Apparently the driver tried to deliver it at 4:50pm, not sure what house he went to but it wasn’t mine! Now I have to reorder and wait for the money to return to my card.

Passport control is the slowest in Europe, staff leave their booths before the replacement has arrived.
We were sat on the tarmac for well over an hour waiting for baggage handlers to unload the airplane from the in-coming passengers before loading the plane with the out-going flights luggage. Shockingly mis-managed airport!

Emailed them twice with no response. I have an EV tariff with a meter that works intermittently causing me to restart the charge every two hours even during the evening. I can’t trust the smart meter to work properly at charge during the night nor can I trust their customer service team to respond during the day!

The seller is uncontactable, so is Amazon!
I am left out of pocket with a faulty item and the Amazon advice of, let’s try and contact the seller again!

You pay for an annual service that you don’t receive, they cancel your appointment at the last minute. You can’t get through to speak to anyone without waiting for over 45 mins and complaints take so long to respond you’ve probably left before they get back to you! Their customer service advise getting a carbon monoxide sensor to mitigate any risk caused by BG not carrying out the annual service you’ve paid for. The costs increase annually and before you know it your paying £400 a year for nothing, no service, no call out and definitely no contactable customer service team! It’s cheaper to buy a new boiler than use BG services....
