Got my money back from B2LC after the FSC put them into administration, which at one point I thought my money was gone for good. They found that the bank owed it to me as they had a lack of fraud protection. Fees are higher than I'd like but are actually worth it when you think about all the effort they put in. The team kept contact just right, not too much but enough to keep you aware of what's going on.

Pretty bad experience. They made us wait over an hour after we had booked, he claimed it was due to traffic but we had literally just driven to Heathrow! As a result we missed breakfast and had to pay more for the Short stay car park where they meet you (£15 rather than £5). Upon our return it was the same story, made us wait ages, after a long flight. The guy claimed there was an accident but having a tracker I could see exactly where the car was and it was still in the same place it was parked. On where it is parked, it's basically parked in a residential area not a secure car park and they seem to move the car every day meaning the EV battery warms up for no reason and loses charge every day. Look up Park Road in Hayes. Basically, I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't use the service again. It was cheap for a reason.

There is no way to contact them and no way to return a bottle that doesn’t smell good. Their contact us page doesn’t work, none of the links for socials work and their email address gets an undeliverable response.
If the owners are reading this, respond to this so people can see that you are not frauds!!

I have kerataconus and have had it for 18 years.
I first went to Accuvision in 2008 and had surgery which involved UV cross-linking, this is not your standard laser eye surgery! I chose them because they were the only ones that I could find that could do this and at the time being an out-patient with Moorfields, had been told that I needed to lose 80% of my vision before they would operate!
Anyway I’ve had 3 ops in total with Accuvision as one eye developed it again after nearly a decade.
Treatment has been second to none and Vikash and the rest of the team treat you amazingly well.
My wife had lasik eye surgery there in 2011 as well.
100% recommendation from me.
