Damaged in transit.
Been using Elixir for some time and always pleased with the product and service.
My only complaint would be with the delivery company,Yodel
On my last but one order they actually e mailed me with a delivery day,which had never occurred before,& even though it was,I think, between 9am and 9pm ,it was better than nothing .
On my last order I now expected another e mail,but alas it wasn’t forthcoming & the parcel arrived unannounced. The driver,who I don’t think could speak English,thrust the delivery into my hands,got a signature on his phone & quickly disappeared.
Upon unwrapping I immediately saw there was significant damage but the driver had now gone.
A quick phone call to Elixer,who requested an image of the damage, and then an e mail apologising for the inconvenience and the offer of a refund or a replacement, you can’t ask for fairer than that.
So, 10/10 for Elixer but rather less for Yodel.
