Asked advice and received a reply within a matter of minutes. I’ve used Yumove previously on my older dogs but as getting a puppy soon wanted advice on when to commence Yumove.
Also your team were really caring as I recently lost both my elderly rescue girls (within 3 days of each other) and had sent some forget me not seeds to remember them by.

Have just received my Xmas bundle and what a great bargain, bought on the Black Friday deal . Box was overflowing with treats and Xmas doggy dinners. My pups love Forthglade food and as they’re both getting on in years can be quite fussy but this food goes down a treat. My pups both say thank you Forthglade .

Have 2 senior pups who love this food, also the soft treats kind to their teeth.
Bought some Xmas treats (know it’s early) as one of my girls possibly has lymphoma so time is precious so Xmas has come early in our house. Will be ordering some more shortly.

Have just changed to Senior chews for my 2 elderly pups. They are soft to make them easy to eat as one of my girls now has difficulty eating harder chews/ treats. My girls love them. Arrived very quickly.

Sent as a birthday present for my sister who absolutely loved it, she says the scent is lovely.
Easy to order and then to contact seller as I wanted a note to say who it was from enclosed which they did for me. Delivered well in time for her birthday.

Recently bought the English Classics pack for my 11 year old Labrador, she was becoming increasingly fussy and some mornings refused to eat anything except treats! Have to say she absolutely loves this food and wolfs it down both am and pm meals. Would highly recommend. Next time we’re going to try shepherds pie.

I have a chronically sick Labrador and make several claims for her medication etc, today 27/05/25 I phone for an update to be told that a claim i made in March now needs information from my vet when on 7th May they paid out for exactly the same medication. On my portal it stated information received on 2nd April now suddenly that’s not enough and on checking post phone call that part has been changed to info required from vet. My vet constantly sends info to this company about my dogs health issues. This is an ongoing issue with Many Pets. When they were Bought by Many they were brilliant but now they query every single claim. I really do t understand why when dealing with an animal with a life long illness they can’t keep her history on file and consult that each claim.
My advice is go with someone else, Many Pets like to take your premiums every month which is extremely expensive but certainly don’t like to pay out.

Buy my dogs veterinary diet and medicine from Animed. Always deliver on time and often before stated date, good value for money especially when you have a dog with an ongoing chronic health condition.
Would highly recommend.

My Labrador has been taking these for sometime. She just eats them so must taste ok. She has had cruciate ligament surgery that went wrong so has a huge metal plate in her leg and suffers with arthritis, she had a bad past as a puppy farm breeding girl who it is thought was kept in a cramped cage. Yumove helps her so much would highly recommend.

My dog takes daily medication and has done so for over 2 years. I send in the recommendation for this from the specialist vet we saw so why do Many Pets have to ask my own vet for confirmation, I don’t buy medicines for the sake of it ! At the moment I have 3 claims in progress all for the same medication! Other claims get paid the following day ! Doesn’t make sense.

Use Animed to order my dogs food and supplementary medication . Much cheaper than buying from the vet.
My dog suffers with chronic hepatitis so requires veterinary food and medication to keep her liver as healthy as possible.

Ordered some paint sent out very quickly the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is down to the delivery, sent a text on Thursday (from delivery company) saying it would be delivered the next day and it wasn’t. Did contact Smartseal who sorted it out quickly but because there are no deliveries at weekends I had to wait till Monday. Very prompt service from Smartseal. Thank you.

Still waiting for a claim to be processed . My dog has chronic hepatitis and requires daily medication to control this which was prescribed originally from a specialist vet we saw back in 2022. I send in my claim and invoices every month and it still takes weeks sometimes going into months to get a claim settled. I have also sent in (on numerous occasions) the letter from the specialist stating she needs these meds. So why does many pets then have to ask my own vet to clarify this every time I claim? They recently sent me an email saying they needed info from my vet and if they didn’t receive it within 7 days they’d close the claim even though online it clearly stated info had been received when I phoned them they said they had just received the info 45 minutes previously! How convenient. Many pets have me over a barrel as my dog is older and has a lifelong condition I really don’t understand why they take so long to process a simple claim like this, when they were Bought by Many they were brilliant and settled in reasonable time now they’re more interested in taking your money every month but not so keen to pay up.
If you love your pet don’t insure with this company.

Ordered a bottle brush tree for my sisters birthday they said 7-10 day delivery, hadn’t arrived after 10 days so I emailed them and they were brilliant, their suppliers had sent the wrong tree so I opted for an alternative (still a bottle brush) it was sent out that afternoon and my sister received it the following day.
Customer service was outstanding.

My rescue lab has chronic hepatitis and I need to get her a special diet and supplementary medication which I obtain via Animed. Much cheaper than the vets.

Have put in claims for my labradors monthly medication back on 12/03 , spoke to an advisor 11 days ago who said she would put my claims forward to be assessed asap, as of today 3 of my claims are still waiting to be assessed by claims handler and the latest one made in April has been closed due to being below the excess, I thought that the excess would be taken from the claims made in March seeing as my very expensive policy renewed on March 1st obviously Many Pets deem otherwise. This is becoming a very regular occurrence I cannot see how some people get their claims reviewed in a matter of days and mine go on for months! My Labrador has a chronic lifetime condition (she is over 10 years old so her lifetime isn’t going to be that long!) I have sent in correspondence from the specialist vets we saw in Somerset plus invoices every time I claim, what more do they want me to do I’m at my wits end.
Do not insure your pet through this company it’s customer service has hit rock bottom since it changed its name from Bought by Many when I gladly gave it a 5*review. My dog is now too old/ill for me to be able to change insurers and they know it!!!

On my 2nd pack of Pawable. My senior lab loves this . I think it’s beginning to help, she’s had a cruciate problem spanning over 2 years having had complications and requiring x4 surgeries on said ligament. She’s a rescue who spent the first 7 years of her life cramped in a cage producing puppies for an unscrupulous greeder, she was given to a rescue at aged 7 and we then adopted her. She couldn’t stretch her back legs at all when she arrived with us so will never be a “normal “ doggie, however she appears happy and that’s the main thing. Pawable appears to be helping with her new lease of life. Highly recommend.
