Had several matters to address.

Had several matters to address. Couldn't have dealt with a nicer, more professional lady than the lovely Lisa.
It was a very sad day for me, unrelated to these matters, but, Lisa made the whole experience easier and immediately followe up with an email confirming our actions. Outstanding service, with good humour. Something you don't find very often these days. She's a gem!

Had to click one star in order to be able to give a review, but I actually would give this company ZERO stars. Ordered flowers and a Teddy to be delivered Saturday to cheer up my niece. They didn’t arrive and the customer service answer to my first query was that they couldn’t find my original order. I replied by email enclosing a snap shot of their order confirmation. I did not receive a reply. Nor did they respond to my second email repeating the information. It’s now Wednesday and I still haven’t had a response nor has my niece received her flowers and teddy! I don’t normally leave unfavourable reviews but considering they were quick enough to take payment I find this total lack of service appalling.
