BEWARE! Purchased a Derila pillow at £69.94 & pillow cases at £34.98. Used for 1 month , had pains to my neck & upper spine and the pillow fibres came loose. Contacted them for refund and they refused on the basis both items were used and for health reasons wouldn’t accept returns or refunds. Do not be fooled by their positive claims!

DeWalt don’t honour their 3 year warranty. They will make it impossible for you to make a claim. I certainly won’t be purchasing anything with the DeWalt name or Black & Decker who also got involved with my claim.
Their customer service staff take weeks to respond each time, they never give you their names and obviously have no after sales loyalty . Avoid!

I have several appliances under cover with D&G. I recently had a problem with my Elica Hob. An engineer was out within a few days . The part he needed was obsolete so I was given a complete new replacement. Definitely a first class service.

Got close to the trade price but £600 taken off for 2 minor stone chips on bonnet. Other than that the car was like new . Disappointed with this loss.

Complete scam. I ordered a knife block 3 weeks ago but never delivered as I was told they were having problems with Hermes couriers. Ordered cancelled by Gizoo and I have been told it could take up to 40 days for refund. It only took them minutes to take my money. I will never use this company again and certainly not recommend them to anyone.
