They spoke to me like I’m trash…
I am currently going through financial problems and didn’t manage to make a payment in time, so I got in touch with them to discuss the date I can repay the missed payment.
To my surprise the payment has been already reported in arrears in a week and instead of offering payment holiday or helping me in anyway, I was told that it’s fine to make the payment on the day I suggested but they will be reporting this as a payment plan to my credit report, even though I wasn’t asking for reduced payments I was going to pay it in full.
Kyle on live chat was very aggressive towards me and my situation, and made me feel so low that I couldn’t shake it off after, been feeling sick to my stomach ever since and has really affected my mental mental. I have never been spoken to or treated like that by any other lender when in need.
My advice is to stay away from this company, and not trust the fake reviews, much better alternatives are out there who deal with you like a human rather than trash. Just know that if you ever fall into financial struggle they will make your life a living hell.
Instead of being allowed a few weeks extra to bring my one payment up to date, I feel I have been bullied into making the payment now which I will do, even if it means I will be struggling.
My biggest mistake was that I reached out to them to discuss it. I will be taking this to financial ombudsman.
EDIT: LIARS! No one has gotten in touch with me.. If anything I got in touch with them and got spoken to in a horrible manor, I have made an official complaint on the 21st of June 2024 and still waiting for a response...
