If it wasn’t for Almas I would have…

If it wasn’t for Almas I would have given this company 1 star.

Steady pay wasn’t for me, and I do regret opening my account - but the staff wow so amazing.

Almas helped me so much with the issues I was having and really went above and beyond.

I hope the company appreciates and treats Almas very well, because the professional service I have received is very rare to find.

Thank you Almas for everything.

They spoke to me like I’m trash…

I am currently going through financial problems and didn’t manage to make a payment in time, so I got in touch with them to discuss the date I can repay the missed payment.

To my surprise the payment has been already reported in arrears in a week and instead of offering payment holiday or helping me in anyway, I was told that it’s fine to make the payment on the day I suggested but they will be reporting this as a payment plan to my credit report, even though I wasn’t asking for reduced payments I was going to pay it in full.

Kyle on live chat was very aggressive towards me and my situation, and made me feel so low that I couldn’t shake it off after, been feeling sick to my stomach ever since and has really affected my mental mental. I have never been spoken to or treated like that by any other lender when in need.

My advice is to stay away from this company, and not trust the fake reviews, much better alternatives are out there who deal with you like a human rather than trash. Just know that if you ever fall into financial struggle they will make your life a living hell.

Instead of being allowed a few weeks extra to bring my one payment up to date, I feel I have been bullied into making the payment now which I will do, even if it means I will be struggling.

My biggest mistake was that I reached out to them to discuss it. I will be taking this to financial ombudsman.

EDIT: LIARS! No one has gotten in touch with me.. If anything I got in touch with them and got spoken to in a horrible manor, I have made an official complaint on the 21st of June 2024 and still waiting for a response...

Lloyds bank sold my overdraft on to…

Lloyds bank sold my overdraft on to Link financial after I have made a complaint. In the response letter Lloyds has said that they will tell link financial to date back my default to 2017 so it drops off of my file next year. Guess what link financial has stuck a new default saying June this year which has completely ruined my credit report and are refusing to change it the date advised by Lloyds.

I have sent number of emails with copy of the letter and have been completely ignored. I have reached out to Experian who have agreed that they are in a wrong but link financial are still refusing to change the default. Funny enough they reply to Experian within a day but have been ignoring me for a week?!

Disgusting service. I have made a complaint to financial ombudsman and reached out to Lloyd aswell. I will be going to media about them and making sure that I can complain everywhere and ruin their reputation.

REPORT TO THE POLICE ITS A SCAM

REPORT TO THE POLICE ITS A SCAM. I have never signed up to this company but have now been charged twice!!! I have emailed to deactivate my account which I never signed up for on 30th of June and have received an email back:

‘Hello,

You made a request to cancel your subscription.

Unfortunately, we were not able to locate an account with the email address provided.’

HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN CHARGED AGAIN TODAY!!! I will be reporting them to everywhere I can to make sure they disappear and never exist again, this is a scam and fraud. Everyone please report them. How can they be charging me if my details don’t exist?

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SCAM…

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I have placed my order on the 8th of August and I have still not received my parcel apparently issue with ‘Royal Mail’. Royal Mail claims they attempted to deliver my parcel on the 9th of August and no further attempts after or an option of rescheduling the delivery nothing, but that’s not the problem, the problem is how the company has dealt with it.

I’ve spent over £250 on this order for my holiday clothes which I no longer need as my holiday is done and dusted now, multiple times I have begged for a refund as I don’t want the goods and I have been advised by Royal Mail that they can request for delivery back to their warehouse if the package is located but guess what the absolutely useless JANET has been completely ignoring my requests for a refund instead insisting we wait for Royal Mail to sort this out. As we all know according to Consumer Rights 2015 we as customers have the right to cancel the order if we haven’t received it during the promised timeline which was the next day. It’s been 3 weeks now since my order has been placed and honestly this was the biggest mistake of my life.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I will be filing a police report this week as they are refusing to give my money back, I have raised a complaint with ClearPay who I used for this order and I am filing a small courts claim too and I will also make sure to share my story everywhere so people know to avoid this company.

You are better off shopping with one of the reliable established company then some fake company who lives off of stealing money of people and refusing to refund them.

If I could give them -100000000000000 stars I would.

Surely I am entitled to double the money back now for all the stress mentally and physically this company has caused me, which I am willing to take them to court for.

UPDATE 14/08/2022:
35 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND OR THE PACKAGE AND THEY ARE STILL BLAMING THIS ON ‘ROYAL MAIL’ EVEN THOUGH ROYAL MAIL HAS ADVISED THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO THE SENDER. I HAVE CONTACTED DAILY MIRROR AND LEGAL ADVISE AS THIS FRAUD COMPANY WILL CLEARLY NEVER REFUND ME. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS GO SHOP WITH RELIABLE COMPANIES AND DON’T MAKE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID.

As per checking, the courier has initially informed us for you to book redelivery after they've attempted delivery but unsuccessful.However, you're getting an error so we have sent a follow up to them and currently under investigation.

I can confirm that we are still awaiting an update from Royalmail so we do apologise for the inconvenience caused. If this has been declared as missing then we will be able to claim for this package on our end. This does need to be confirmed by the courier firstly. We will let you know as soon as we have received an update within 48 hours. We will have this resolved for you as soon as possible.

AVOID

AVOID! BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!! 1 star review is too much for this scam company. We purchased 3 tests on Monday which should have been delivered yesterday and we have still not received them today and no tracking information has been provided. When contacting them on live chat yesterday we were told they will be delivered today, and then when I contacted them today the lovely useless lady explained that she doesn’t know what’s going on but someone will be in touch immediately of course no one did and even after endless emails no response. The telephone number does not work either. Must be a great company to work for you don’t have to reply to emails or phone calls what a dream just sit around and be rude over live chat. Today is the day 2 of our arrival and we have no tests which means we are stuck in isolation. How the hell they are still on the government list I do not understand clearly owned by a pal of Boris and Matt Hancock. I will be filing a police report for fraud and a court claim for a refund as I doubt they will refund me the £150. Will make sure I go to media about this too aswell as everywhere on social media. SCAM!
