What in earth IS this absolute drivel??? Never watched anything so biased in my life!

I wish I could give them no stars. They delivered an incorrect item and I've been on messenger for 6 days now waiting to be transferred to an agent. I've also emailed twice and had no response. I understand mistakes are made, it's how things are resolved that proves how a company values their customers, or not in this case

Awful since the update. My basket has £5 in it for no reason and when I put Butchers dog food in which should be £20.98 it shows in the trolley as £29.98. Whiskas also showed as £9 more!

Ordered cigarettes as going away. Driver came with the few other bits I had ordered. I told him there should be cigarettes too and he went to check the van again. Said they should be on the van but weren't. This was early in the morning. He said he would let the store know. I called customer service at lunch time as the order still wasn't marked as delivered. They contacted the store apparently to ask them to order so I could claim a refund. The order wasn't marked as delivered until late evening. Refund was refused! I called again and was told my complaint would be escalated. 4 days later still nothing and the money has been taken from my account. Over the last month we've had an issue with every order and not made a fuss but this time it's £245 they've stolen from my account! I do have Ring doorbell footage showing exactly what happened at the door.

Great products and speedy delivery. More than just bird food on this site.
Little bit too pricey for me due to the amount of birds I feed. If it wasn't for that it'd be 5 stars all day long

I ordered tablets for our dog on the 13th knowing I had a weeks worth left. I expected delivery today at the latest. No updates at all so I emailed them today. They clearly hadn't despatched it and now I have to wait for another 3-5 working days. Not good enough. They could have at least sent it next day. I noticed they keep deleting people's comments on Facebook. I suspect I know why now.

Never again. No tracking information and no delivery. Chased up multiple times and still nothing. Those emails answered quickly. Have asked for a refund and emails are now being ignored so have contacted my bank to ask for help.

So impressed with this company and the food. My cat no longer thinks he's starving and the litter tray doesn't stink the room out.

I cannot believe your poor delivery driver has had to lift a garden sofa set weighing 42kg ON HIS OWN! The max guidelines are 25kg. And he's got 4 more to deliver tonight.
Shocking, although I guess we should be grateful that it wasn't 'lost' in your warehouse like the chair you were meant to be delivering to us last year.
Oh and cheers for the heads up that it was being delivered today. Nothing, no email, no call, no text.

I ordered a pair of walking boots size 6 and was sent a pair of walking shoes size 5 😔

I couldn't quite believe how far off the valuation was. At least 50k for our property.

I know people in neighbouring villages have issues with some of their Hermes deliveries but I never have.
Both of our drivers are great

Our DPD orders are always delivered on time and the drivers are always extremely courteous

The delivery is always speedy and the food has stopped our dog being so stinky but it is quite expensive

Really impressed with the cost and the speed of service

Always impressed by the speed that my orders come and love that I can just place the same orders again.

Good price and good service. Really pleased.
