Good overall but let down because of inflexibility
Good piece furniture and generally a good company to buy from. One niggle this time I couldn’t find the shelf support pegs. I contacted customer support and was told replacements would take 3-5 working days to arrive by courier. Not too much of an issue until I asked if they'd just post them through the letterbox. Apparently not possible they need a signature. OK, still not a big deal would they deliver on a nominated day as I'm often not at home. Not possible Apparently (don't know why as I arranged for the furniture to be delivered on a nominated day). OK, could they just be put in the post and be delivered by Royal Mail. No, apparently not. OK, can I return the item then - apparently, yes! So, rather than spend about £3 posting the shelf support pegs you'll pay a courier to collect the item and lose a sale worth a few hundred pounds? Ludicrous! You've been brilliant thus far and I've bought several items of furniture from you but this time youve let yourself and me down. I kept the item and bought some support pegs for a few pounds.
