Edward and his team are always able to help fix problems that occur with my clarinet with the minimum delay. I really value this speed as I have a busy schedule playing with several ensembles.

Registering to sell back electricity from solar panels
I found the process of registering with Octopus to sell back energy we create from our solar panels very, very difficult. Finally, I was put in contact with your customer service person, Nadim, and s/he helped to guide me through all the stages. I could not have been more grateful. S/he has finally managed to set things up for me.

The oven was damaged on installation
The oven was damaged on installation. This followed after we had previously bought a dishwasher which was damaged beyond repair on installation. Not a great performance from ao.com
