Great customer service but let down by…

Great customer service but let down by the courier.

Paid for next day delivery and DPD said they tried to deliver but our cameras show they didn't.
Lee in customer service was very helpful and refunded the next day delivery charge.
Would recommend ITS

Shocking after afterservice

Terrible service and quality,
Bought a divers watch for my sons birthday and the strap keeps coming off and the glass is fogging up on the inside of the glass and it hasn't even been in water yet!
emailed twice over the last 10 days and get a mail back saying they will reply within 2 working days but still nothing. Tried calling and phone is continuosly unanswered.

Useless Parcel Service

Useless Parcel Service. (UPS)
Been let down multiple times by this terrible company.
was given a delivery day of yesterday, nothing arrived.
Then given a delivery time today between 9 & 11 today, waited in and it didnt arrive. Then tracking said delivery by end of today, now tracking says delivery date will be provided as soon as possible!
How any company uses UPS I fail to understand I can only presume they are cheap! doesnt bode well ot those companies using their unreliable service.

Another two days and still no response. Why do you reply to the reviews pretending you care then ignore your customers!!


now day 10 and despite a pathetic response prending to care there is still on sign of my parcel.....

Avoid!

Avoid!
Appalling company and no after service.
Ordered a mower for £700 that arrived damaged and faulty.
Made multiple phone calls that are never answered. Left messages, none returned .
30 plus emails still no answer. Now requesting a refund from my credit card company.
Do not buy from this company can’t believe they are in business, they certainly shouldn’t be!
If I could leave no stars I would!

Printer box was open on delivery and…

Printer box was open on delivery and the printer has a scuffed top but a £50 refund was given. I would rather have had a replacement but were out of stock for 4 weeks.
I understand this is outside of Wex's control, otherwise always impressed with the service recieved from Wex

parcel was collected a day later than…

parcel was collected a day later than booked and 3 days later is still sitting in our local depot.
Terrible service and we have an unhappy customer to deal with!

Slow service

Needed tyres replacing urgently and wanted mobile fitting . Was let down a number of times and ended up having to drive 8 miles two weeks later for fitting at a tyre centre.
Customer service appears to be in India abs very slow and unreliable

Ordered a swimming pool two weeks ago on the advice delivery would be within 5 days. Still waiting for delivery advice. This appalling service happens every time with Costco on line. The stores are fine but online terrible
No wonder Amazon rules!
