Excellent customer service.
I have bought several items from Coopers without any issues. Pleased with all the products.
I did however have an issue with some battery operated lights. I contacted them then they issued a replacement quickly. That was my preference.
The replacement arrived, unfortunately same issue (no idea why, replaced with a different make of battery)
Again contacted Coopers , this time I opted for a refund.
You can’t always know a company until you have an issue. Coopers were fabulous.

I have bought several items from Cow home over the last couple of months. All have been excellent,currently using the vacuum discs which are fab, and the wax melts.

Although they emailed me to say out of stock. They sourced from a store and still managed to get it delivered in a timely fashion. Sandals themselves were exactly what I wanted. Good price as well

I had the sn*w fairy set. Wax melts, carpet freshener, hoover discs, whipped soap, mist and multi cleaning spray. Smells delightful.
