Good overall. Costs for trading within an ISA is market leading. Interest on cash balance is also very good. I very much like the "pie" feature for creating your own "mini fund" and the fractional shares support means you can do it with very little money.

Some concerns I have are the handling of corporate actions (mergers, takeovers. tender offers etc) which seems like it could be better.

Efficient delivery that arrived when it was supposed to. I know experiences with couriers can be mixed but on this occasion it was absolutely fine.

Store has a very good product range, lots of good deals, and the free delivery for orders over £15 makes it great value. My items were well packed, and delivered within a couple of days. Highly recommended.

Reliable company, and on a lot of stuff, cheaper than Amazon and I don't worry about the items being fakes, unlike Amazon Marketplace sellers. A bit slow dispatching products at with the basic delivery tier, but you can pay extra for faster delivery.

I needed a replacement charger to replace a sketchy third party one supplied with a re-conditioned Macbook. The 96w USB-C one from Apple seemed the best fit, and CeX had them at an excellent price (Apple predictably charge a very high price for them). It was in good working condition, and is correctly detected by the laptop as a genuine charger. Delivery was also quite quick (ordered on the weekend, arrived Wednesday). The only slight negative was it needed a good clean when I got it, but it was nothing that didn't come off with a damp cloth. The 2 yr warranty they provide is re-assuring.
Overall a great source for difficult to find products at a fair price.

Good service. Bought a monitor through them which I'm happy with. It is of good quality. I was kept updated about the progress, and the item was delivered the next day, as promised. No complaints.

Professional delivery service. Arrived on time and in good condition. No leaving the box on the doorstep and running away as so many delivery drivers do now. Happy to recommend.

I ordered two items (and paid in full for them) on 19 September. They did warn of a potential delay on the “processing order” e-mail, which came through a week after placing the order, but nothing indicating just how much of a delay! Two months on, parts that were supposedly “available” still have not been sent, two promised dispatch dates have come and gone without explanation, and therefore I opted to cancel the order. As some others have noted, "available" does not mean "in stock" and that seems to be where the problem lies. For reasons unknown they seem to be having huge delays on items they need to order in from their European distributors, which is probably most things. To be fair, the refund was processed promptly - perhaps because I went through Paypal. It seems from others here, this whole situation is far from unique and some have been waiting even longer.

Getting through on the phone to them is extremely difficult, their promises of delivery are not met. I’m surprised they can stay in business like this.

I’ve used this company in the past (eight times, I believe) but they have gone downhill rapidly in recent years. I absolutely don’t enjoy giving negative reviews to a small business who have previously been OK, but l will not be using them again and couldn’t recommend them to anyone else, regardless of how price competitive they may be.

This is about my latest order, but I have used Merlin Archery many times in the last 7 years or so, and they have always provided a good service, and even where there has been an issue, they've put it right. This time, I ordered some supplies (bulk pack of target faces) on Sunday evening. I was surprised to get a shipping notification Monday morning, and the items arrived on the Tuesday via courier. Excellent.

Item delivered in good condition. Driver was friendly. Online tracking was accurate. Can't say much more really.

Just wanted some parts for a DIY job of putting up some lights. Toolstation had what I wanted at a good price. Ordered online and got the text saying it was ready to collect within a few minutes. Much easier and much better prices than places like B&Q

I ordered in the afternoon on a Tuesday, paid the small amount extra for next day delivery. They were delivered by DPD on the Wednesday, as promised. The items I ordered, an Aspire Deco kit, some spare coils and some batteries, were exactly what I wanted, and I always know what Red Juice sends will be genuine and not some cheap copy. Another good thing with them is their incentive points scheme is actually useful and counts towards a genuine saving on your next order.

I've used PluginBoutique for a few years now, and have never had any complaints. It's usually around the Black Friday time I take advantage of some of their offers. It's a great way to get some professional quality audio plugins without spending a fortune.

No problems. Items as described, and received very quickly (next day) with no delivery charge. All communications were good. Goods were suitably packed. Would buy from them again.

As it was my first order I needed an age check, which was done automatically, and within about half an hour of placing the order. This was good as I dislike the idea of sending personal documents over email. The items I ordered were very well priced and of good quality. Emails updating on the progress of the order were sent at each stage. Delivery was by tracked 48 hour mail, and the items were packed well. Next day delivery would have been nice, but I don't see that as a reason to mark them down.

Ordered a MIDI keyboard from Juno quite late in the day (around 4pm), but still their website said item would be delivered next day. I was sceptical, but sure enough, a shipping notification came through later that evening and the product was delivered the next morning. And the shipping was included in the price! Can't say fairer than that. The order was well packed and delivered by Parcelforce. Would use again without hesitation.

Found some M-Audio monitor speakers which were on sale at a decent discount. It was their end of year sale, and just after Xmas. I placed the order and paid by Paypal. E-mail acknowledgements kept me up to date on the progress of the order.

The order was delivered one day later than the "get this by" date on their website, but given the time of year and the fact they had a sale on so probably busier than normal, I'm willing to overlook that. Other than that, no hassle. The order was delivered safely by DPD and delivery was included in the price.
