Looks like Crown has removed or asked TP to remove 15 reviews over the last year. but suddenly in the Month of OCTOBER lots of positive reviews appear. Strange this are they paying for these from so called freinds and staff.

Ordered as cheap and was on 2-4 days delivery but after 5 days tracking only said awaiting collection. No replies to messages so put a chargeback on card. Then straight away a refund message from them

Tried to pay for a new licence. Which we have had running for the last 14 plus years on auto renewal. But as the owner of our company left Tradebox poor feedback due to the lack of support now offered and no way of contacting them on the phone or email anymore which changed last year. The owner of Tradebox don't want to do business anymore. Nevermind will let people know of the other solutions very soon. Which is in the process trials currently and & £250.00 Setup and £50.00 annual renewal is far cheaper than the TB One that works most of time but like everything has issues from time to time. UPDATE from TB Reply: This guy is unbelievable. Have in writing from a one of Tradebox directors please change review and we will look at it. That's what this is about How can you abuse him if uncontactable. by PHONE or Email?? TB have asked for more info today so they can help you have my number TB give me a call or pop in the office for a chat.

This is the 3rd 1-star malicious review from the same business with different profiles (Dazza = The Good the Bad & = Accounts Solutions). Owner threatened to leave multiple negative reviews after we refused to renew software licence because of continued abusive and threatening behaviour. In over 20+ years of supplying software solutions to thousands of online retailers this is the most malicious business owner we have encountered and the only business we have ever refused to renew a licence with.

Very poor in replies have just got back from Holiday and now have to process a claim as these guys don't respond Calls What's app and emails but have to do correct way and give them opportunity. But at least CA have said I can claim extra in costs to install the upgrade to the system they installed. And also consequential loss. Which should be more than the installation complete. Wayne and John you messed with the wrong customer this time.. Now you are trying to remove this review like you did on your FACEBOOK page. You even sent a letter undated unsigned and no company address on your letter head not even the company reg number. Very unprofessional.
Good start and very good Service when they wanted the job. Until things go wrong won't respond to emails calls or WhatsApp messages. Ordered another Battery in April 2022. Told June no problems July install is fine as will be on holiday. Came back and called told August. September and called told supplier cancelled and if we want now another £500.00 more. Had to chase everytime. Wayne told me to call his supplier Midsummer who advise order wasn't cancelled but would be October. This guy Wayne won't return calls or any messages except one tonight. When a fault is showing on App and wasn't interested and typed on WhatsApp DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. Don't contact me again... Be careful this is a company that takes money, talk the talk but then has no customer service or communication skills. Will not be recommending again. Shame as was trying to keep local but 2 Man Bands are not worth the hassle. Please be vary careful if you look to use this company. Just to clarify a couple of points which aren’t factually correct. Wayne called you to inform you that the 8.2 Givenergy battery order had been cancelled by the wholesaler as they would not sell the battery without a full solar PV system. This has been common over the last year due to high solar demand across the country. When we first spoke to you about another battery in June you didn’t want the order placed as you were travelling. It was your choice to delay the initial order until you returned.
You became abusive on the phone and then asked if you could source a battery how much could we install it for. You were told a price and replied ‘Whats the point’ and hung up. The additional cost was to source the battery from 'Segen’ who are more expensive than Midsummer. You also supplied your own solar panels and mounting equipment, therefore, Midsummer will not sell the battery to us as the full kit was not ordered from them previously. You then phoned the wholesaler and were in their words ‘abusive and rude’ and also threatened to sue them. They phoned us to inform us that they had received a call from you as they were shocked that a customer phoned in such an aggressive manner. You’ve then proceeded to make numerous calls to the personal phone number of Wayne and also sent a message stating ‘You in hanngingfield tomorrow maybe face to face you will talk’.
You’ve then been informed to make no further contact or you will be reported to the police for harassment.
I noticed you also claimed your ‘app’ wasn’t working days after this issue arose. We noted from the portal that you switched the battery and inverter off in a vain attempt to get us to come out and fix it. We can see every user action on the Givenergy portal and can see that it is back online and working fine. For the record we have numerous screenshots of it showing online on randomly selected days throughout October as evidence in case you decide to try the same tactic again.
Under no circumstances will we deal with aggressive, threatening and abusive individuals. You have been informed not to contact us again. I look forward to speaking to trading standards and providing them with all this information.
For your information every call is recorded and they have been listened to. We also have screenshots of the messages you have sent and false reviews you have left, these will be provided to trading standards should you wish to go down that route.
I'd also like to add that no money, not even a deposit was paid by Vince as it would have been full payment due after installation. Just to note he paid a month late after the first installation back in August 2021.
Vince has continued a tirade of false reviews across the internet over the last 3 weeks about our company yet contacted Givenergy on 23/09 to ask us if we would install another battery for him. This is days after leaving numerous negative reviews about the company. It's a bit odd that you would want such a bad company back in your home to carry out more work isn't it?
We have stopped taking any further solar work until 2023 due to high demand, this is clearly posted on our website for everyone to see.

Booked car hire which was great and cheap. Included insurance all inclusive.
When we collected car we had to pay deposit which is fine. The guy at goldcar said it was for fuel and would be refunded in full if we return the car with full tank of fuel. As its was expensive if they fill car up.
NOT the case when we got card statement only refunded small amount. Called up rental cars . Com and told nothing they can do and it's insurance and fuelling charges that we had signed for they would refund the insurance we paid for before we went 1/4 of the charge.
Total rip off
Tried goldcar.es but can contact them at all. Look forward to next months visit and scene that will follow.

Allow me to explain our Flex Fuel policy: customers pre-purchase a full tank and receive a refund for unused fuel, minus a handling and administration fee (the vehicle needs to be driven to be refueled and cannot be rented out in the meantime). With this plan customers benefit from our Quick Return System, they don't have to worry about refueling the vehicle close to the office before returning it or wait for the tank to be checked. This is explained during the booking process through our website ( http://bit.ly/1HdvHef).
