Superb service

I was having problems with the lid on my water softener and though I had sorted it with Aubrey's help. However, I noticed a glitch and emailed him again. Aubrey responded within a few minutes and helped out. Really superb, courteous and knowledgeable, thank you

Like a lot of people I seem to be getting 20 or 30 spam emails per day all from varying addresses apart from the domain being @**.firebaseapp.com. As they are all from different addresses I am unable to block them

EMAIL MARKETING IS LEGAL, AFFORDABLE AND EFFECTIVE. UNSUBSCRIBING TAKES 3 SECONDS.

We send marketing emails to workplace email addresses published online as public points of contact. We do not need prior consent. Publishing an email address online is soliciting emails. Emails received constitute solicited not unsolicited emails.

We never send emails more than once a week. Our emails contain a simple unsubscribe which takes only seconds to use. Our emails can easily be blocked by putting *nfpsend* into email software. People who claim to have unsubscribed already always have multiple email addresses and have failed to unsubscribe each of them.

One click unsubscribes would not work because so many staff are told never to click on links. Many people forward emails on and then unsubscribe from a different email account. We need to include a 7 digit reference to identify the original address sent to. The alternatives to marketing emails like brochures, telesales or Google advertising are unaffordable.

We know the law and we follow the law. The ICO describe our email marketing as “entirely legitimate”. The ICO helpline on 0303 123 1113 will confirm. More than 10,000 staff from charities, schools, hospitals and councils have booked workshops in response to marketing emails.

People come to review sites to hear what actual customers think. The posts on this page contain inaccurate comments and offer no workable alternatives. Customers and grant makers who have read this page think the comments reflect poorly on voluntary and public sector staff.

Terrible service

Ordered through Amazon and parcel did not arrive "may be lost"! Asked the company for a refund or replacement, I was told the replacement would be sent immediately. Over a week later it had not arrived and they would not respond to further messages to them. Amazon dealt with it and I got a quick refund. Well done Amazon. Do not buy from Goods Wholesale Ltd
