Ordered vacumn storage bags from Avartek and they arrived early. I ordered medium sized bags which were perfect in size to pack and store my summer clothes to create wardrobe room. The bags appear strong and durable and the valve appears to be a non return which was ideal after removing the hoover after deflating the bag. Would recomend

Took delivery of a large self assembly coffee table . In the product description nor photo did it state or show or state the table was made up of 4 independent sections that sit together.
The table top not being one pice shows the 4 joins for each box section across the top . Not what I expected, disappointed with purchase.

Ordered two sofas , spoke to customer services about placing an order which promptly sorted out the problem. The sofas arrived on the scheduled date and time. A quick delivery within days.pleased with quality they look exactly like the pictures. Have used this company before same excellent service.

Kunal and Maninder kept to their promised delivery slot. They phoned ahead 10 mins before arrival , both were polite and friendly and carried our sofas in with out a problem.

Our shower was installed in 2014 since then we have had continuous failures by their faulty pumps. In fact the situation was so bad we actually always kept a spare in hand. We installed a new pump on 24/12/24 and it failed on 1/6/25. We are now using the spare not going to bother with the warranty replacement .Going to buy a Stuart Turner replacement instead !

Ordered two jumpers in size 12 one fitted perfectly and the other too large. I was charged £3 for delivery and again had to pay over £3 to return the badly sized jumper. There are no bonmarche shops in my area to take returns. I will not be ordering again as this has increased the cost considerably of my purchase.

Have just spent 5 days at Abbey Lawn hotel what a fiasco ! Meals were disorganised, nearly colld and having constantly tp ask for missing items off the table set up.we had to hand back china on several occasions as they were dirty
Rooms were grubby on arrival, particularly the bath and our room was not cleaned every day so towels were not changed. The whole hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment.
There was a Cronic staff shortage during our stay and to add to our frustration a Daish coach driver who parked across the exit to prevent us leaving. And deliberately walked away thus refusing to move
Would I revisit , not on my life! Avoid at all costs......

Used comparison sites to get best deal. Previous insurers was £70 dearer. Site was easy to use and price was clearly defined. Simple to add extras if required and their price was stated at the point of selection. Have previously used this insurer with no problems
Good point ,site allows you to opt out from auto renewal straight away, unlike other insurers who make it difficult to cancel the auto renewal.

Had to cancel and rebook gatwick parking after a medical emergency.

Initially encountered a few problems but these were quickly resolved by Carol and I was able to rebook with the credit refund to my account.

All correspondence was on line as there is no telephone contact number, such a shame as this could have been a quick telephone conversation...

Two items I ordered from web site were an excellent price arrived within 48hours and well packaged. Would certainly use again.

Just ended caravan policy and re-insured with different provider. Ceta letter of renewal made no mention of automatic renewal and thus took a payment I was not expecting. Fortunately I noticed in time to avoid any penalty but to give this company it's due they did refund within 5 days as promised. Lesson learned , cancel any policy regardless...

Ordered two replacement roofs for glendale gazebo on 28th March but only received one have made two phone calls and sent email. No response to email and two broken promises re outstanding roof replacement delivery. No apologies for getting it wrong. Do not recomend for service.

Brought an expensive carpet from Tapi Bracknell, fitting was poor. Re - called fitters to rectify problems but still left with large crease in Hall . Tapi were slow to respond to problems and ignored request to provide alternative fitters . Would not recomend

Brought this to go on the back of our new caravan. Sturdy and well made cycle rack with lock security for the family bikes. Already have a simular rack that fits to tow bar of car but needed a replacement when towing. Quick delivery, excellent quality and price

Although due to a later delivery than normal due to xmas and covid , I was kept informed throughout. The blind is excellent quality and looks great, I have used blinds2go before and can recomend quality and service.

Ordered plants after seeing offer in paper for bedding plants. First part of order arrived in early March 30 very healthy plants. Looked forward for follow up order of 72 plug plants due in May. Recieved email to say dispatch ready 3rd May with tracking. tracked order and was concerned as days passed and no order , it arrived on 12th. Plants virtually withered and dead ,over watered wrote to complain but no response from customer services. SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS FIRST Only 2 of 72 plants appear to have survived so far. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellant web site easy to use, sold my car in three days to a buyer who lived over 400 miles away! Just proves how country wide potential buyers view site.

This is the second time I have used this site and once again impressed with quality and service

Impressed with the delivery and ordering experience especially as I had move on the delivery dates twice to match my kitchen re-fit dates. My minor disappointment is the cost of the calls to customer service....... but would use again.
