We bought your coat rack. It's very well constructed and was easy to install. Being bespoke, it did take ten days or so to reach us, but we were in no hurry for it. I would have included a photo if there'd been the option.

What a great company, and a magical little shop. I don't think it matters how many cigars you smoke, at what price or how often but if you're anywhere near this place it's a rare sight in this age. Really friendly chat and advice, especially for someone like myself who's a real dilettente in the world of cigars. A very definite five stars.

It took two weeks and several prompts to find out that what was claimed to have been "in stock" wasn't. I understand that things are chaotic for many companies right now, but I've had a total of three other large online bike places not **** me about in the same period. (with reasonable correspondence.)

Perhaps things will improve for them after the mad lockdown rush for bikes? I'll be checking here before ordering ever again though.

No idea how they'd handle a problem or returns, having not had one, but I've no worries on that front should I shop here again.
