Pre-ordered items still not sent and yet available to by months after my orders.

Why is it when I pre-order an item it sits on my account not moving (apparently being processed) for months on end and yet those same items appear as a "quick buy" or even as a SALE item? Is there an issue with your ordering software that doesn't pick up pending orders?

I placed my first order with vendor on the 6th September. Despite my efforts to ask for updates I've yet to receive my item and its now October? If there is a problem in supplying my item then please let me know or issue me a refund.

Always prompt in replying to issues…

Always prompt in replying to issues which is great when you have no hot water. Delays when waiting for Landlord authorisation but that's not the agency's fault. All in all we are impressed with the overall service.

Zavvi is what I call a hit or miss organisation.

Zavvi is what I call a hit or miss organisation. Great prices and a great range of collectibles however there is a down side.

Time and time again anything you pre-order may well never arrive due to stock. Its increasingly frustrating waiting months on a pre-ordered item to be told its no longer available.

Total let down!

Never, never again. Ordered my wife's valentines card in good time only not to arrive in time (very embarrassing).

No response or feedback from supplier, poor show.

Wonderful service all round!

Amazing staff, rustic and homely atmosphere, animals are very well treated.

The staff in Pets Corner in Reading are simply brilliant, they are friendly, relaxed and knowledgable. You really get that sense that the welfare of the pets sold is paramount (as is the customer service).

Follow up service not so great🤨

Very quick service when ordering (with some pretty good deals and prices) however should there be a problem and you need to return an item, that’s where they let themselves down.

I sent two items (both recorded) almost two weeks ago, both received and signed for but no refunds..?

Seven weeks later & still no glasses.

Seven weeks later and still no sign of my new glasses?

Update: Glasses finally arrived and I can’t knock them, good quality, comfortable and priced well.

I want to order more but unsure due to wait times.

Sorry to hear this. We can confirm your order for varifocal glasses placed on the 7th May was not delayed due to COVID19 - It does appear that the frame we received for your order was faulty so a replacement was required, this delay was advised to you on the 1st June by email and in your account.

Our varifocal orders normally take 2-3 weeks to complete if there are no issues.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused, your order is now completed and will be dispatching to you shortly. We would appreciate an update to your review once you have received your new glasses.

Not impressed!!

Not impressed. One month later and still no glasses and no date on when I can expect them. This is my first time ordering with this vendor and be assured it is my last time.

Not happy to trust Zavvi following the debacle earlier this year in respect of their handling of the Champions League final tickets and the way it was handled afterwards.

Please avoid like the plague

Please avoid like the plague. 5 days my parcel has been sat in my office and it's still not been collected? No telephone number so I can't complain to anyone. I get automated responses from emails telling me they understand but no results...this is no way to run a service. My customer is about to cancel his order. Monkeys is what they are.

Life Saver 😆😆😆😆

Over a week ago I ordered the very expensive Titanfall 2 Vanguard Edition from Game. After a week of chasing {including very long telephone calls} I found that due to an error my item was no longer available, I was a little angry to say the least however I was lucky enough to speak to a member of staff that not only was sympathetic but insisted he could help me.

Ben H was true to his word, not only did he not rest until he tracked down my item {in Wales} but also got it shipped to my local GAME store.

Now that's customer services, he took my issue, listened and went out of his way to help.

On the back of that GAME will get all my business including an Xbox one S which is an early Christmas present to myself.

Thank you Ben H, I wish you all the success in your career and those around you could learn from your attitude.
