Third time having to do this now, the “Customer Care Team” is the most ironic name for a team that clearly do not give a rats behind about the customer experience! Any time I actual get a reply to my messages it’s the same story - a thinly veiled apology and a promise of finding out what the problem is and getting in touch with me/fix the problem. Guess what the outcome of the odd replies have been… you guessed it, NOTHING, no reply, no explanation and no product! It’s been 6 nearly 7 weeks now for one t-shirt I had ordered for my nephew, if it ever turns up he will probably get a months use out of it as he will have out grown it! Do not trust this company or anything they tell you, they fish you in with decent prices and offers… but seems they have little to no desire to fulfil orders, and if they do they don’t put themselves out! Sorry but it’s unacceptable and if this was my business I would be ashamed.
As always Zavvi comes through with great deals and great items. It just took a little while to come through. Unusual for Zavvi as they are usually quite prompt and a little disappointed as it was originally for a birthday that has past .

Impossible to communicate with! When my order didn’t arrive I tried to cancel it. They sent it anyway despite me then being out the country. When I asked for a refund and sent it back- at their cost to be fair- I can see they have received it but they have not responded. They’ve now had £250 of my money for two months for an item I tried to cancel within days of buying. They are a farce of a company.
Useless. I ordered a couple of figures on 31st December, with dispatch noted as being 1-2 working days. Two weeks later, nothing received, and I registered online that I wished to cancel the order. No response, and I asked again several days later. Zavvi decided they were too busy trying to fulfil orders, and wholesale cancelled all outstanding queries and requests, directing customers to re-register these. Logged a request to cancel for a third time, and had a response on 23rd January that the order was 'released in our warehouse due for dispatch, I have raised this to be cancelled for you now and if this is able to be cancelled email confirmation will be sent to you' No e-mail received, and I went online twice again to request cancellation. Still no response. I've now had an advice from Royal Mail today (11th February - 6 weeks after placing the order) that my Zavvi parcel is on the way. No despatch e-mail from Zavvi. I will be instigating an immediate return request. I will NEVER use this shower again - totally non-existent service. Utterly USELESS.
The offers had either expired or did not work the free snack box required 6.99 delivery which was never mentioned. Total scam ! Wish I had read the reviews first.
Easy to order and excellent price...the cheapest I could find online.
Postage was very reasonable and the Duplo arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
Still not received order placed on the 4th December 2025. Apparently everyone is in the warehouse looking for it so won’t respond to queries!

AVOID. I’ve used Zavvi before (years ago and they always seemed okay). However, I ordered 3 DVDs/steelbooks on the 25 Nov 2025. 1 item arrived damaged and doesn’t even play in the DVD machine (it’s not the machine, we tested multiple other discs). 1 item still hasn’t been delivered/dispatched. Thankfully, I managed to claim my money back from the bank, although it looks like Zavvi are now trying to dispute this. The lack of customer services; I’ve messaged multiple times, uploaded photos and gotten the generic “we are looking into your case” reply…it’s been 3 months, it’s a joke! I’ve asked for a replacement steelbook/how to send the faulty one back, where my other item is. I have multiple screenshot of unanswered messages from me to Zavvi, which have been sent to my bank.
If you don’t want to waste hours of your life fighting with a poorly run company, DO NOT BUY from them!

Took absolutely ages to arrive. Amazon is seven days for the same price Zavvi took over a month. I've noticed delays like this with previous orders.

Lack of communication item still not dispatched which was ordered 5 days ago.
Item is now showing as pre- order only when it was available at the time of ordering, lack of transparency from Zavii or updates on my order.
Will not be using again terrible service.

I've used Zavvi a lot over the years and mostly haven't had issues that were too bad. However, I doubt I'll be using them again after my last order. I bought a bag advertised and sold as Loungefly brand, however when it arrived it isn't a Loungefly at all. I've contacted Zavvi and been going back and forth with the most unhelpful customer service team - they simply don't care and have multiple times replied with messages showing that they hadn't even read what I'd written. The bag sold out so however many people that bought it have been missold it as it isn't the brand it was advertised to be. It was also on sale, making it look to be a much better deal than it was. They've stated the only resolution is for me to return it for a refund, which misses the point entirely.
Zavvi clearly can't be trusted and I'd bet this wasn't/isn't the only product being missold.
