You have now twice not actioned an order sanctioned by the GP. The most recent being early last week. I have had to contact my surgery today and arrange a local delivery. You sent three of four items on their agreed prescription without any explanation.

Thank you for your review.
Checking your account, I can confirm your GP is not issuing the medications on the same day, some are being issued on one day and other medications a few days later.
If they did issue the medication to Pharmacy2U, we would dispense them as we have done any other medications we have received.
The surgery would not issue you a prescription to collect from a high street pharmacy, if they issued it to Pharmacy2U, they would check with ourselves before a new prescription is issued.
We would ask that you keep a check on your emails, we do confirm the items you request "NHSRequestConfirmation" and a further email is sent to confirm the items your GP has authorised on the back of your request "NHSPrescriptionReceived".
Within this email, we do ask if there is a discrepancy to contact your GP in the first instance and in your case this would be missing items, as you can appreciate like any pharmacy we cannot send medication that has not been authorised on a prescription.
If the medications are still needed, please contact your surgery.
Friendliness of staff. Willing to listen to our needs and keen to find appropriate holiday and transfers. We had a new member of Staff who was willing to let a more senior staff member assist and confirm her steps in completing our booking. We were completely satisfied with all actions. My hot choc was rubbish, but otherwise is was a good experience. They gave us time to view and try the product and even went away to find a comparable price from another store before matching same. Staff were helpful and polite.
