I recently needed to change my tariff so had to go to the website to see what was available to me. I found the options fairly clear and, hopefully, I understood the information given. I guess I won't know fully until I get my first bill, hence the 4 stars. (This would have been 4.5 but unable to choose halves). Process was very easy though and I had confirmation immediately. I feel the MSE calculator is clearer just by the way it's set out.

Firstly, we weren't harassed but allowed to browse at our leisure. Secondly, when we needed help Olive came to us and showed us what we needed to know. Great demonstration, very friendly and helpful. Purchase completed very easily.

It was just a very simple process. Much appreciated by an oldie like me 🙂

Have tried similar products but like this best. The fragrances are lovely and such a good variety. It's nice and gentle even on older skin. It works too. The applicator is a good shape and size especially for my awkward hands! A great choice of colours too. Fastens securely for transporting.

I have updated this review as Eon have sorted it out promptly. Thank you. If this review had been 3 months ago I would gave guven 5 stars. I changed my tariff and I'm not at all happy with the way I'm receiving information. The first month I got a statement with just the gas usage and had to request and electricity statement. I was hoping they would have sorted this out by the time I got my next statement, which was a few days ago after my smart meters had been fitted. But no, the statement came through with just the gas usage on. Again I requested the electricity statement and also confirmation that the next statement would include the duel fuel information. Although I got a reply I don't feel that the person who replied actually understood what I was saying. They just told me the name of the tariff I'm on (obviously I already knew this) and also that they will "have a look into this". I don't feel confident in getting this resolved.

It's so good to be able to submit a review and get a response, where appropriate, almost immediately. I also like the option to edit the review at a later date, especially when it's necessary to make people aware how important response/resolve times impact your life. I think you're doing a great job Trustpilot.

Mattress is ok for comfort in general, very thin, almost like a thick topper. Don't think it wiuld suit a heavier person. Unfortunately not helped with backache, which was the main reason for getting a new mattress. Probably not a good choice for us.
Since writing this and receiving the response I have arranged an exchange for a more suitable mattress. Thank you Dormeo for your excellent customer service and prompt action. 5 stars!

Although our holiday was cancelled by the owners we received very good and friendly communication. Would use again but found nothing suitable at this time.

This was a late Christmas present for my daughter as it was our of stock in December. Got an email update to say it was back in stock so ordered it immediately. It arrived on schedule a few days later. We both love it and I think I might order one for my birthday! It looks so much better than the photo. Really solid. Now we just need to decide what colour candles to put in it. Beautiful.

My son had asked for this for Christmas as he loves composing. Was concerned about the cost until I saw your website. He is over the moon with the product. It is as new, boxed and complete. Looks and sounds great. Will use this site again.

Great selection of cards, personalisation works really well. I had to send this early as the person was going away for their birthday, so the option to put a do not open until date was brilliant. Best bit of all, she loved it. What more can I say? Thank you.
