Only downside I’d say is it’s really big made, just ordered the black one.

Review of Jet2holidays
My whole experience of the hotel was poor. Extremely poor cleanliness, customer service was not the best. The food left a lot to be desired it was repetitive and cold mostly and we ended up eating out most of the time which resulted in our all inclusive holiday costing us a lot more than we had planned. We had a broken mini bar which was replaced with an extremely dirty one anfter several visits to reception and it took a rep to have this rectified and replaced .This shouldn’t have happened in the first place! I ended up unwell after my first day there!!
The sunbeds were constantly covered with towels but not being used and very crowded.
Can’t fault the rep she was extremely lovely as were all staff at Newcastle on our flight out and very helpful, so as an experience with jet2 it was good but the hotel terrible.

Ordered a travel system,firstly I recieved 2 seat units and 2 carrycots with no chassis.Had to wait for carrycot/seat unit to be collected before chassis could be dispatched even though it was their error.The accessories were missing and was told they had been located only for the wrong bag to be sent out! So again I had to wait!! Had I been a mother of a newborn I'd have been extremely annoyed.
I was offered 10% discount if I bought something else only to go on the website to see this is being offered to customers anyway!
Will order elsewhere in future.
