Beware of hidden add ons to your orders!!

I ordered the protein coffee and when I looked at my invoice they had added 3 extra items without my knowledge at an extortionate price. I tried to cancel immediately to then get an email to say it had been shipped. BEWARE!

Exceptional delivery service

Delivery driver was very professional and polite and was on time. I had a delivery window of 5.30 to 7.30. He arrived at 5.37. Great service

A lovely pleasant man with a ready smile, he inocked on the door and handed me my parcel not just leaving it on the doorstep like some other local courier I can't mention!!!

The flowers I ordered were half dead…

The flowers I ordered were half dead and some heads on them were already drooping. Looked nothing like the pic either. I've emailed twice to complain and I've heard nothing back. All in all terrible flowers and terrible customer service

I have had 3 bad vapes! The first one i reported and had to place an order to get a replacement, the next two were the same, I requested a full refund and I have been totally ignored. Appalling customer service

Very poor service

My parcel was delivered whist I was out so some person I don't know signed for it. No card through the door to say who had my parcel and where it would be for me to collect. All I got was an email saying someone had signed for and no further details.
I still haven't got my parcel and have had no response to my email to the company. The parcel was a a Christmas gift for my grandaughter so you can imagine how furious I am

Expired Wowcher

I didn't understand how the process worked and missed email sent to redeem my wowcher. When I went to look when delivery was I realised it had expired. I contacted customer service who explained to me what I should have done and as a good will gesture they refunded my money in my 'Wowcher Wallet'. Though to be honest I would have preferred the item I had ordered or money refunded to my bank account.
The staff responded to my messages in a professional and efficient manner.
Will I use Wowcher again? Yes I think I will
