I recently ordered the oak reeded panels for my downstairs toilet. It was very easy to install and is stunning on the wall and I have had so many compliments. I would have no hesitation in recommending and would certainly use again.

I ordered a vanity unit and sink for my downstairs cloakroom and was delighted with the speed of the delivery and the quality of the products. I have had many compliments and would have no hesitation in recommending them. A nice touch was the phone call a week or so after delivery just to check that I was happy with everything.

I ordered replacement white UPVC windows for my whole house. These were excellent quality windows and were competitively priced. The ordering process was very simple and I received free delivery despite being in the North East of Scotland. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I work in a solicitors and could have used our in-house estate agents but decided to go with Yopa as they appeared to have a large presence in the area. From start to finish the service was professional and efficient and I could not fault. Their online portal was very easy to use and lets you arrange almost everything digitally. I had a couple of very minor issues which were resolved almost immediately. I cannot recommend Yopa enough and they managed to secure an offer on my property in little over 2 weeks on the market. A special mention to Megan who could not have been more helpful throughout.

I ordered a pair of burgundy patent ladies loafers in a size 5 which were in the sale. I chose standard delivery option with an estimated 5-7 day timescale. These were however despatched and delivered within 2 days which was very impressive.
The shoes were well packaged and fit like a glove. Excellent quality and service and would have no hesitation in ordered again

I have ordered various items including a hamper last Christmas and have found the quality of the items, packaging and delivery second to none. Ok it is agreed that the goods are a little pricey but you do get what you pay for!

I found a grey sleigh bed I wanted on the Next website but after checking out the Time 4 Sleep website noticed that it was almost £200 cheaper as they had a sale on. Received the bed in 2 days which was super quick given that I stay in the North East of Scotland and was very happy with the quality of the bed (although my husband said it was a bit of a nightmare to assemble!) :-) I would have no hesitation in recommending and would certainly order from them again.

I have booked through myhotelbreak.com for a few hotel stays now and every time there have been no issues. The site is extremely easy to use and the pay at the hotel option is an added bonus. I have managed to bag a few really good deals and have thoroughly enjoyed our stays

Applied for a balance transfer credit card through Tesco Bank and I found the online process very easy and straightforward. Card received promptly and balance transfer also completed very quickly. I would have no hesitations in recommending.

Opened up a savings account with Oxbury as they were offering a really good rate for their fixed savings accounts. it was very easy to set up online and transfer the money over. All in all easy to set up and handle through their app.

First time using Glasses Direct and was a little apprehensive as wasn't sure what to expect.
Firstly I ordered 4 frames to try out at home and these arrived the next day which was really great service. I decided to order a pair of distance and reading glasses from the trial frames I ordered.
The process was very simple i simply ordered and paid online and then took a photo of my latest eye test. I didn't take a full photo of this so had to resubmit but this was my fault!!
I received regular updates on the status of my glasses and these arrived quicker than if I had ordered these on my local High Street and at a fraction of the price!
Overall I am very happy with both the quality and service and would have no hesitation in ordering from them again and indeed recommending to anyone. Top class from start to finish. Thank you

New to Stitchfix and have now had 2 boxes from them. I have been overall very pleased with my selections and I like that you can preview the items before you receive them. I got a lovely jumpsuit in my first box which was sadly too big but they offer free exchanges and the replacement item was delivered really quickly.
I think it is very exciting getting your box and seeing what you have and gives you a great chance to try items that you would not normally wear. I have had no issues whatsoever and would recommend you give it a try if you are looking for some inspiration to your wardrobe!!

Excellent value for money and always beautifully packaged with tissue paper and no damages. Nice touch with a little card inside to say who has packaged your order (thanks to Julie in this instance!) Would happily recommend and will certainly be using again in the future.

I ordered some outdoor icicle lights. First time using this company but they were delivered in super quick time and were well packaged. They were exactly what I was looking for and were very good quality. Unfortunetely after a few days they stopped working. I contacted customer services and they said that the lights I had ordered were out of stock but a refund was offered without question. I am disappointed that I can no longer get these lights but I very impressed with the after sales service given. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will certainly use again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Even when one of the items I ordered was badly damaged a no quibble offer of either a refund or replacement was made by Alex on the online chat. Would have no hesitation in recommending and will continue to order as they have a good product choice, pricing and free delivery to top it off.

Absolutely horrific experience! What can I say I have had to deal with this company twice in so many weeks now and have to say that if I knew that anyone I was purchasing goods from were using this company I would order elsewhere. The first time I had dealings with them they "lost" one of my packages that made up rattan garden furniture and it eventually turned up with no warning two weeks later. The most recent experience has been absolutely awful. I have been chasing my furniture for over 2 weeks now with the company I purchased it from and was told this morning that it would arrive today. Surprise surprise nothing could be that simple! After the time slot had come and went I went online to track the order and to my horror there were three messages, the first said that the goods had been delivered at 1.34pm and the next two messages at 3.04pm stated that a card had been left and customer emailed to reschedule deliver as I was not in!! I was absolutely furious as both myself and my husband were in all day and no delivery attempt had been made nor had there been any card or email sent. I contacted my furniture supplier and have lodged a complaint through them. My delivery is now supposed to show tomorrow (8th July) but I will not hold my breath! Absolutely shambolic experience from start to finish. There is no number that you can call to talk to anyone unless you have a delivery account so everything has to be done online. I thought that Yodel were the worst but I now have a new bottom of the delivery companies winner! Avoid at all costs and if you know that XDP are due to deliver your goods then order elsewhere. You have been warned!

Ordered a personalised mug for my husband’s birthday. I got him an Emma Bridgewater mug about 6 years ago and it’s still going strong. Great quality and service and arrived in anticipated time.
