Did the trial and cancelled . However they still are taking money out of my bank and no clear way to cancel. Have tried to contact them but still nothing resolved. Will contact my bank next.

Why does this company have two different trust pilot review. Clearly keeping the negative reviews away from the positive. My experience with customer service is absolutely dreadful. Now using a company called revolver to help.
It’s absolutely impossible to speak to anyone at Wowcher or get my case escalated to anyone who doesn’t seem to be reading from a script.

As I’ve tried to email but the address I was given was coming back as invalid

Going round in circles with customer service.purchased a watch and was given the option to join there vip club for £4:99 . It came with £5 off the watch so it was a no brainer .
However I mistakenly pressed a button about half an hour later and purchased the vip again £4:99
Trying to explain this over and over again on WhatsApp to no avail. It is only £5 however my complaint is that there is no way to actually speak to someone. Very frustrating and will put me off ever using Wowcher again.

Update, I have asked politely three times on the WhatsApp page for the name of the person I am talking too and they just keep ignoring my request.
Still waiting for someone from Wowcher to contact me .

Awful customer service. Bought a voucher and the place shut down and did not reopen fully for a year. I was patient and did not request a refund. Now virgin experience want to charge me £20 to extend the validity of the voucher. I will never again use them .
The vegetarian society who offer the classes have however been extremely helpful and have sorted the problem directly.
My advice would be, always go directly to the company or give a gift card of money.

Wow ! From knowledgeable and helpful staff bird and blend show exactly what customer service should be . Their products wow ! Never had matcha before and now I’m hooked. I also have tried some of their loose teas , all of which are fun and so tasty.
Highly recommend.
