Luxury? steel frame Gazebo in Grey 2.5 x 2.5

This gazeboo has poor instruction and costs £125 significantly cheaper being a B&M product 379755 not £175 charged by Homelux. None of the bolts supplied are the correct size so none of the black end caps will ever fit this poor product, buyer beware

Instore staff Hemel Hempstead were next to useless had no knowledge about the products the were selling. Website very poor on phone details. Ended up buying a phone that will not take extended memory.

Needed a new bottle shelf for fridge and found prices very keen so ordered with you, item easy to find on website, delivery was left to Evri and arrived 48 hrs later. Very impressed many thanks.

price increase but very underhand

received an email from virgin 27 feb stating a £15 increase from 1st May but also stated 1st price rise won't be until April 2024. This cleverly mixed up with information about another price rise alteration. So this month sees an extra £15 taken this month although email states it won't increase. disgusting underhand messaging to stop people leaving.

don't rely on getting right part

ordered aux belt after only one option offered to fit vehicle, should be a v belt. It was too short to fit vehicle despite injuring myself trying to fit this recommended replacement, the belt is not a v belt but more boxed in shape.
Despite responding to Halfords request to provide information they also failed to reach out they suggested they would do.

Customers for over 40 years of this…

Customers for over 40 years of this Ford branch in Hemel Hempstead my elderly parents brought their Ford Mondeo for its scheduled service and Mot with no problems before they received it. The car was also scheduled to have an air bag recall item repaired but appears not to have been done. The MOT has been declared a fail on DVLA website with an Electronic stability control warning lamp fault that has occurred in the garages possession. The service Manger Kevin has stated to my parents the MOT has not been done and they have found the fault for £60 odd and requires a yaw sensor replacement. So they service and break the car and charge them to detect the fault and service the car, leave them with no transport and really could not care less. They will not be returning to this outfit. Customer care and service is non existent here any longer.

If you've paid for next day delivery of a parcel from a retailer and it hasn't arrived, it's best to get in touch with the retailer directly as you may be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge.
