I've had my shop quite a few years now. It's run by a small but dedicated team who really want to make it the best platform. It's small at the moment but, with more people joining and selling, it would definitely get the financial boost to make it the best online craft selling platform.

The interface is easy to use and, if there is anything you are stuck with, help is always on hand quickly. There is a good knowledgebase to work through if that's the way you prefer to do things.

When I can dedicate my time to sales I have got good sales. For me, it really is just a time thing. If you have the time to put in and make the effort then you will do well. It is great value for money too and beats all the other platforms I have tried hands down!

I have no problems at all, no billing issues, no problems being paid my money and the team that run CMUK are lovely, helpful, friendly and dedicated people.

A breath of fresh air to find a jewellery designer as excited about creating their unique pieces as her customers are in wearing them. I am looking forward to being stopped by admirers when wearing various pieces of mine & will highly recommend this gifted designer who never minds you enquiring about a special personal design or a special stone. Will definately be back.

Started off on their Facebook group when I was thinking about setting up an online shop for my crafts. Wow! A community of independent crafter's supported by each other and the opportunity to use a platform managed and run by people who not only get what the Crafter's need but understand what the most important people - THE CUSTOMER - needs. The whole experience of setting up my online shop, processing my first order and ensuring my customer is happy has been a pleasure. I've had positive feedback from my customers about their purchase experience which gives me peace of mind and time to focus on what I love doing - creating!

I bought two handmade wooden page dividers for my daughter and I. Great quality product, crafted by a guy who clearly loves what he does (definitely not mass produced in China and sold on as "handmade"!) Fast dispatch, quick delivery.

I have been selling on Crafters Market UK since January 2024. It allows me to have my work seen. I think being a vendor on this site is excellent value. They do not take any commission and their subscription fee is extremely fair. The Crafters Market team make themselves available, are easy to reach, helpful and work hard for us vendors.
As with all things, including business, you need to make an effort yourself also.
