Iain and his guys were great. On time , tidy, mannerly and couldn't do enough to ensure we were happy .
Everything was handled with care and the price was really reasonable
I would definitely use them again

Thomas sorted the external fault that…

Thomas sorted the external fault that was affecting my elderly Mum and Dads internet. Thomas reset their box, sorted out the channels and made sure that they could access the TV and all was working before he left. He called me to let me know everything he did. What a lovely thoughtful young guy. A credit to Openreach

As previous reviews total scam

As previous reviews total scam. I ordered a pram £856 and despite trying to contact them nothing back. I paid via PayPal and as soon as I raised a dispute they refunded the money within 30 minutes. I wish I had read the reviews however as they say “If it seems to good to be true.. it usually is”

My previous review was taken down. I only told the truth. Do not use and
Certainly don’t pay the deposit that you only get £3 back even if you cancel the next day. Substantial amount of admin work required??!! Really?????

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you are not happy with your experience of our service.

We are surprised you left such a negative review as our cancellation terms and charges are clearly displayed on your booking receipt and our site, so you will have been aware of them before making your cancellation. You will have also had any cancellation costs fully explained to you on the phone.

Charges only apply to confirmed bookings, are fair, and fully in line with cancellation fees across the industry. They reflect the administration time spent reversing the booking, notifying the confirmed service provider and charges applied to payment processing and refunding.

You will have also had the option to postpone your booking and incur no charges.

Avoid at all costs …

I ordered a TShirt for my brothers Xmas however when he tried it on it was too small. When I returned it I was told they couldn’t refund as it had been opened ( I don’t know how you try something on without opening the package). I asked them to return the T-shirt to me as it was no good to them as they wouldn’t be able to sell it again. They are refusing to return it to me. . They write to me “ Unfortunately we are not responsible for the cost of returning an item that has been returned incorrectly” I didn’t return it incorrectly I meant to return it. I have offered to pay them the £3.26 it would cost to send it back to me…I have never experienced customer service so bad.. AVOID AVOID AVOID


Oh so now you are saying it was washed I absolutely refute the allegation that the T-shirt was washed it was kept till I returned it. Can I ask you AGAIN to return the T shirt to me and as advise I will gladly pay the £3.26 it costs to post it back

I am very sorry to hear this, I have been in touch with our returns team and unfortunately as you had removed the tags and the item appears to have been washed then this is not eligible for a refund as stated in our return instructions.
