Absolutely premium products that deliver.
Items dispatched without any delay and arrived sooner than expected.
I have already recommended Edulge to friends, a couple of whom have already placed orders for samples.

Product, price and delivery as it should be

Not a lot to say really. They had a couple of fragrances I'd been hunting for a while and at a fair price.
Ordered one first then the other the following morning. I sent a message asking for both to be packaged and sent together.
It arrived in one package as requested, ahead of schedule too.
Hopefully they will stock more Mancera products soon as I'd like to buy a few more!

All I want when I make a purchase is a good price, decent service and a smooth, quick delivery. Exactly what I got.

A positive experience

I wanted to purchase a couple of purchases that are often hard to get.
Luckily allbeauty had both with one in particular being offered with a substantial discount. The other was also good value to a slightly lesser extent.
Delivered as promised.

I will undoubtedly use again for future purchases when they are available.

Good service and great products

I was looking for a particular Diptyque fragrance that was sold out everywhere including the large department stores!
Cosmetify said they had the product in stock at a fairly decent price.
The delivery arrived bang on time and the product was as good as the sample I had tried.
Not sure what else I can say!
Just a solid and easy transaction.
I will use again.

Just a nightmare from beginning to end😞

It's hard to know where to start. I found a great product I'd been after in the Black Friday sales. The price was good so after a quick chat online I made the purchase. Disappointingly I'd missed next day delivery, that's on me!
I was guaranteed the following day, it came and no confirmation. I messaged customer service to confirm and arrange for me to be there to accept. I received a call back to tell me that the warehouse had said the watch was damaged (after saying it was missing) and wouldn't be coming! They would source another for delivery the next day again!
I was called early next morning to say it would be coming the following week, unfortunately I was mostly away, so reluctantly mentioned cancelling the order.
I was told it would be sent by a store for Sunday delivery (next day) guaranteed...again.
Sunday came and went, Monday I checked and was told definitely today. I made myself available to accept delivery of this expensive item but again nothing.
After another call I was told almost definitely the next day, in the meantime Royal mail confirmed this, it appeared that the package wasn't sent on time on the Saturday.
Next day, finally the package arrived. The product was beautiful BUT had marks on the strap and was grubby! The protective wrapping was off and the box tatty! It felt extremely well demo'd.
I wiped the watch strap down removing the marks and grime! I assume of many people trying this product in store. Considered the discount and the aggravation I decided to keep the product, it was a close call. But I felt beat!
This was a special purchase for myself after a difficult period in my life, unfortunately it only caused more stress and misery. The watch is great but it was soured by what should have been a luxury experience as Chisolm Hunter claims to provide, It really wasn't.
I was told different things every time i corresponded with customer services.
There are many other companies offering the same products and I'd implore you to use them.
Sadly, I even found customer relations defensively trying to turn things towards blaming myself or things beyond their control! I just wanted to buy a product efficiently and easily. That's all, nothing more or less.
Absolutely no responsibility on their part, just blaming anything and everything.
Really sorry to be so negative as the team seemed ok but they are either seriously overwhelmed with issues or don't really care, either way it shows! I'm just giving my honest opinion of what was a really unpleasant and unnerving experience! There are even more issues to deal with but I think I've said enough for now.
If possible, please use an alternative business rather than Chisolm Hunter unless you have absolutely no other option.
I'm sure there may well be a response added saying they take pride in their work blah blah blah, not from my experience you don't.
Ultimately, next day became 5 days and the watch, although lovely in itself was below the required standard in the condition it came in.

The reply says that they'd like the opportunity to put things right if I'd like to get in touch and discuss it further!

How about someone takes the initiative to make contact directly if that is your aim. Rather than myself having to put myself out any further!
The ball is in your court!

I'll update in a while with what happens next.

Please think hard before using this company

Ok, so I pre ordered a shot gun exhaust and forward controls from these guys. They actually turned up in two packages, one before and one after the due date. Anyway, had them fitted by an independent Harley specialist. On my ride home there was a loud metallic noise just as I was nearing my road. I had to take off the heat shield and remove the baffle only to find the baffle had snapped in half at the weld! Also the screw holding the baffle had made a larger hole due to coming loose and vibrating. Reported to customer services ASAP, after several days they asked for a photo, I duly obliged immediately, Several days/ nearly a week later they replied saying they don't have spare baffles so I can either have a refund for the exhaust or they will send a replacement when available, hopefully late June or early July. I opted for a refund, a few days later they messages asking for me to repackage the exhaust and send back to Germany, of course once I've removed from my bike, which not being mechanically minded is a real pain for me also, this will now leave me with no transport for who knows how long? Compounded by the fact the original exhaust suffered damage and has been scrapped, hence the purchase from these guys. Once received and processed they will then process a refund. This is likely to take a while. Honestly, I'm so worn down and fed up that I'm just gonna cut my losses and never deal with them again, chalking it down to a very bad experience. I implore you to think very carefully about buying from motea. It is a total nightmare to resolve even a slight issue and they really couldn't care less. Absolutely terrible quality of product and company. I wouldn't like anyone else to go through this experience.

Loooong wait but lovely jeans

Ordered on Thursday 25th Nov, Got a despatched notification shortly after. Unfortunately it's now 6 days later and my tracking number is still coming up as waiting to receive from bike shed! I know there is a lot of postal strike action taking place so if that turns out to be the case I will revise my review and score.
EDIT, finally received on 5th Dec! 10 days and I know it wasn't all due to the postal strike as id ordered other things after this purchase that arrived well before. Anyway, the single layer jeans are excellent, beautiful quality and they look great. Just need to wear them in now. It would have been the full 5 stars for the product but only 3 overall given for the whole experience. I repeat, great jeans though.

Must do better

I have ordered through BBW twice fairly recently after being a regular user. I waited over a week on two occasions until my order was even picked, almost two weeks in one instance. The delivery then took another several days! To make matters worse, during the time it took to pick my order some of the items were now out of stock so the order was short and I had to purchase elsewhere. On the plus side the prices are competitive and I hope they manage to get their business running smoothly once again so I can rely on them on a regular basis.

Not great im afraid

Not great im afraid. I've used them twice recently and both times my order was delayed and/or changed as the products had gone put of stock by the time they packed it. I only use them now when im not in a hurry or can't get what I want elsewhere.

Save money and no hassle

As the title says, just grab your perscription log on and order. You will save money and once you have set up the frequency of your order you can just forget about running out of lenses and get on with other things.
