All too quick to offer me excruciatingly painful high finance when I had bad credit. Sold me a car with so many faults, I've spent over £5K in repairs all because "I'm out of the 30 day warranty". I'm now unemployed and in arrears and the calls are non-stop. Even if I want to give them the 13yr old car back (not worth the money I'm paying for it), I still need to pay them to give it back. Horrible company.

I ordered a palette, which arrived crushed. I emailed the customer care team, and they sent me a new palette, free of charge, within 2 days. I didn't even need to go back and forth with emails.

I placed my order on a Friday and received it on Tuesday. Fast and efficient service. Everything was as expected. Very happy with my purchase and I will buy all my designer brands from here again.

What can I say about Car Planet Watford. It was Christmas 2022, and my old car had refused to start with the recent cold weather. With 2 kids and the school run coming back on, I was desperate to find a car...any car! When I went on their site, I didn't expect to find my dream car. I thought surely, I would never qualify for credit but these guys proved me wrong again. I cannot believe how fast they worked to get me the car of my dreams. Start to finish, I had the new car within a week! And the after sales car is phenomenon. I HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone looking for above standard vehicles. My car was fully checked as they only sell road worthy cars which haven't been in any accidents. The team were great and really bent over backwards for me. Amazing businessmen.

Was given a delivery slot of 2 hours. 2 hours came and went with no update from the delivery team. Tried ringing them and got disconnected. Still waiting and it's coming to 6pm.

I was seen by Shabnam at the Brent Cross site. Shabnam has been such a blessing to me and my eye health. She was able to refer me for cataract surgery and I've now had my follow-up eyesight check-up with her. She is so knowledgeable and such a professional. I don't trust anyone else with my eyes but her and I will only be seen by her. Vision Express are VERY lucky to have her on board....please never leave

There was nothing express about this service the last time I was in store.
It took over 40 minutes for 3 people to reinstate my direct debit and even then they weren't sure what kind of lenses I had been wearing all these years. Not impressed at all. They also never pick up the phone, which is a massive inconvenience when you have a baby and have to make your way down there. I'm still waiting on my order 7 days later....

This gel is amazing. It's not rock hard but gives such a beautiful cast providing excellent definition and shine. It's a win win. Zero frizz...love it.

Excellent service from the Scratch sleeves team. I initially placed an order but forgot to add an item. They didn't charge me extra and I just paid the difference.
The sleeves are amazing. We prefer the velcro cross front as it stays on through the night. Baby sleeps comfortable in them. All scratching has stopped and his skin has been able to heal. Fabric is soft with no hems and doesn't get hot at night, we use it over his all-in-one. Really happy, we bought 2 plus the pyjama set.
