Really good quality flooring and…

Really good quality flooring and exactly what we wanted. Looks great and much better than our previous flooring.Delivered on time and no problems. I would have given 5 stars but it was impossible to track delivery and I had to ring customer service for updates. Customer service people were very helpful and the courier was great.

I tried to book a holiday on the App…

I tried to book a holiday on the App but had a web error message ( this happened on a previous booking too , when using the app) so I had to ring the team instead, which was a bit of a pain as I had to wait until Monday when they were open again. The telephone advisor was very helpful and I managed to book my holiday without any further issues.

Same as everyone else terrible company

Same as everyone else. Booked a hotel and just at paying stage the website mysteriously crashed. When we went back in , no record, no reference and we received no email confirmation. . We booked again and only discovered this company had booked and taken payment twice when we checked in.The hotel gave us a second reference number that we had not seen before and knew nothing about. We have tried to get a refund and have provided all the evidence they asked for but every contact we make takes us back to the start of the process. My husband rang them and after being cut off twice was on the phone for 2 hours. The promised email arrived today, not advising our refund but asking us for the same information once again, back to square 1. We will take up with PayPal and seek legal assistance . This company is disgraceful avoid avoid avoid.

High quality dog treats

High quality dog treats . Our spaniel loves all the chews( gullet, venison skin and strips, pigs ears, yak )and they have no adverse affect on his sensitive tum. He also loves the Elk bones which he loves to chew.

Great customer service and excellent …

Great customer service and excellent products.
I have been using Yumove for various products for my spaniel. He suffered some alopecia and the vet recommended Yumove supplements. I have been using the coat and skin care oil for moulting and have noticed an improvement. As a rescue dog he has some anxiety and reactive issues which have been helped , in part by the calming care tablets. We recently had an issue with Yodel not recognising our address and being unable to deliver. Yumove kindly reimbursed me and advised that if necessary they will reissue via Royal Mail. The customer service response was excellent. Would recommend this company, for products and service.

Provided details of a good company

Provided the details of a good company for us to carry out work on our new porch door. There wasnt a huge choice of providers though. We were only contacted by 2. Everything has gone well. I guess unless we put through a claim, we won't really know how effective they are at reimbursement of up to £1000 . But our experience so far has been a good one

Staywarm provided a new composite front door for us. It was not straight forward as the frame and door were arched. It took a while to finally have installed, but Staywarm kept us updated and paid excellent attention to detail to make sure everything was correct and up to standard. They were also very quick to re-visit when we needed them to tweak something after install. The job was carried out professionally and neatly. We would use them again.

Poor Customer Service

This company delivered our new table and bench chairs on 5th December. Unfortunately one bench has no legs. Since then , we have contacted after sales , customer care, escalations and even the CEO for resolution. The customer service is pretty dreadful. We have to chase them constantly without resolution. Looks like we won't have our new table and chairs for Christmas now and we will have to change our plans . We have no idea when they will arrive.We appreciate things go wrong but the sign of a good company is how they deal with it and how quickly the issue is resolved. In this case , the response has been terrible. They don't believe in keeping the customer informed.We won't be using this company again
I have upgraded this review to 2 stars due to the diligence of Hannah in the escalations department who managed to get our new table delivered in time for Christmas. Thank you Hannah
