The service is Great but unfortunately the product was not as expected so I will not be using it again but that has nothing to do with the company

Tried ringing and messaging for two days previous to the skip being delivered to have a query answered but no response or answering the phones whatsoever.
After waiting around for almost 6 hours in an empty house they called to say they didn't have a skip for us. All the annual leave we booked off to empty a large garage/workshop was wasted as we couldn't get another skip at such short notice.
DO NOT use this Company

Brilliant Customer Service and prompt delivery

The Alvaston branch never ever answer the phone or respond to messages and I still can't get hold days later and their complaints telephone number just goes to a different branch.

Alma D , was really helpful and answered my questions very efficiently.

They never answer the telephone and don't ring back when messages left in good time

Order still not turned up after 3 weeks, unable to contact the company, I think I have been ripped off of over £100.

Since writing this one of the dog beds has turned up and it is terrible quality absolutely nothing like as shown and I have to pay to return to China in original packaging which I can't as it was Vacuum packed and rolled really tightly so I guess no refund for me ( still one star )

I would have given zero stars if I could they left my son stranded on a Friday night 170 miles away from home they said they would only go to a garage close by although would not give us a name of one which we did not know either also they said it did not matter the fact that they were closed until Monday as it does not matter if the garage is open or not, the people who come out for recovery are not mechanics even though they said they could try and fix at the roadside they only jumpstart the car or thought out of flat tire so hardly roadside fixing !!!. We were on the phone for hours in the end they towed us to a Halfords which they classed as a garage but did not do any repairs who were also closed.
Because we could no longer get the car home we had to scrap it because there was no other way.
A family member had to drive up with a camper van so they had somewhere to sleep overnight.
What it says about recovery is not true, there are also no managers available to talk to out of office hours.
The rest of the family will now have to change providers it wasn't just the rules that they inflicted upon us it was the attitude and unhelpfulness of the staff.
If you travel more than 10 miles from home do not use this company

Absolutely the worst Boots pharmacy, one member of counter staff very rude.
Prescription never ready on time, no apologies when they leave me to wait for long periods when I am told it will be ready.
Not interested when leaving vulnerable people without meds

RIP OFF DO NOT USE, charged 89 yr old man for extra time and a ridiculous amount of money for a very small job because they did not read and listen to instructions. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
Plumber wasted time because this company did not pass on correct information and he was hanging around using up time because they did not ring me.

I like the products but twice now I have only been able to receive half my order as it is suddenly out of stock when it has been paid and no way to cancel the other half.
Absolutely no way to speak to a human being and live chat does not work

Absolutely appalling online customer service, hardly any English spoken and kept muting us . It was so difficult to understand and after going through the system twice and holding for an hour (the call back service did not work)
I wanted to return faulty goods.
I will Never order from them again

Next day delivery came on time but expensive considering how much was spent

Can't decide to send to charity shop or put in bin on arrival such terrible quality not sent the style shown.

No matter how hard I try cannot get onto this app. telephone banking will not answer as we have been locked out of telephone banking too.
Going round in circles for months even though I have been to branch twice and they were useless.

Would have given zero if I could. Do not use this bank.
I have a 3rd party mandate for my elderly father and they make life as difficult as possible.
Different staff say different things the account keeps being locked for no reason and I have to make a long trip to give my ID only to find it hasn't registered on the're system it is a nightmare.
Cannot get through on the phone because the telephone banking is locked and the branch are useless plus the very long wait to see someone on even an quite day.
We will be going elsewhere which is more hassle .

I purchased the Alpha stim although it's too soon to see if it works for me.
It came very quickly and well wrapped.
I telephoned them with a query which was answered immediately.
It was also £100 pounds cheaper than Amazon.
