Awful Company we've never been sent our furniture. When you finally get through to them it's one excuse after another! We've now informed our bank as we have protection on our card. Now waiting for them to repay our money by Friday. Please don't trust this company!

This builders merchants are the best for quality and service. We recently did a full refurbishment to our property and brought, a new kitchen and bathroom / en suite items. Everything was delivered on time in sturdy packaging which was a great help. Nothing was to much trouble and we were given samples of the worktops and doors so we could match up flooring and tiles. The new showroom is now open and beautifully laid out well worth a visit. You can browse around and if your interested and appointment can be made to discuss your ideas. We can't thank Jack enough for his patience when we needed a few changes.
Our delivery experience was great 👍 Josh and Wayne called us before delivery to tell us they were on the way. They arrived on time with our Bosch tumble dryer and presented me with a cute ao teddy. They promptly unpacked the machine and checked it out before leaving us to discover the value of our new purchase. Both of these guys were really nice, cheerful and polite.
We purchased a tumble dryer from this company. It broke after three months it needs a new circuit board already! After numerous calls to them we got a guy round who told us he had the wrong part! Again called several times but kept getting cut off. Finally managed to get through today only to be told they are having difficulties getting the part. We now have to wait another two weeks until it comes in. We find it hard to believe a company who make laundry equipment don't keep spares in house. Absolutely useless service.
Applying for the gift card was very easy. The price was was good also what you get in the deal. As it's a Christmas present for our granddaughter the booking has not yet been made. If that goes as smoothly as getting the gift, it will be a great gift for our granddaughter.
So easy to shop at argos I usually check online first and order. I can then pop in and get the product which is located and ready for me. The staff are very friendly and efficient which makes a good shopping experience.
