Took the an order and obviously my money. I've been told today that tomorrow's delivery won't now come as they've no actual stock. Cannot call them ,only email or message, no reply so far and no idea whatsoever when the wall panelling will arrive. Why did they take money and give a delivery date for an item they did not actually have?

Have had a few issues at monthly renewal time. Also confusing texts as to why the odd call cannot be made. I recommended asda mobile to my wife and almost every month at renewal time there's an issue, she's going to leave as soon as she has time to organise it.

Terrible customer service. Item delivered to a local pub and was photographed there by the courier firm as proof of delivery. I had to prove that I did not live there even though I'd given a completely different delivery address with the order. They demanded a copy of my driving licence then refused to accept it as proof of my address, then demanded a denial letter, then a signed denial letter. Made to feel like a criminal, I am sorry I didn't buy my taps elsewhere, never again. No idea what will happen now, I'll buy the taps locally as I've given up with Appliances Direct.
