Thank you to Claudia and Chelsea for…

Thank you to Claudia and Chelsea for all their work in helping us secure a mortgage enabling us to purchase our property. Throughout they showed a high level of professionalism ensuring that our needs were met. Having been previously told by another, supposedly, outstanding brokers that they could not source a mortgage, we were delighted when Claudia sourced our financing from a high street building society. We cannot praise them enough!

We were a bit anxious about seeking a mortgage going into retirement. Our experience with another broker who are a household name was very dis-spiriting. However, Claudia and Chelsea were a pleasure to deal with and helped to secure the mortgage we needed. Thank you so much.

Smart Meter Installation.

One star at best. Agreed to the installation of smart meters and was keen to use the display unit to monitor our energy use. Right from the start the displayunit could not connect to the meter. The installer said I would need to contact Green Network Energy to arrange another appointment to resolve the issue. I contacted GNE and was told that the unit could take up to a week to connect to the meter and other customers had reported similar issues which were resolved in this way. The lady did say she would report the problem and that someone would get back to me. Over a week later problem not resolved and no contact from GNE. Filed a complaint for which I got an automated response saying I would get a response within five days. Another week passed and still no response. Filed another complaint and again same automated response. Over a week later surprise, surprise, no response. I use hearing aids and find it difficult to hear them on the phone so am loathe to phone them again. Prior to this had been very happy with service. My contract is due to end next month and am now looking for an alternative provider. Very disappointing.
