Misleading Subscription and Unauthorised Charge

I had a really disappointing experience with Deepstash. I had no idea I’d even entered into a subscription — nothing showed up in my Apple subscriptions, and I only found out when I was unexpectedly charged $50. What’s worse is that the payment was taken from a card I had cancelled weeks earlier due to fraud, yet Deepstash still managed to capture the payment. I questioned this in my email, but got no response.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed I had used the app "quite frequently", yet they still haven’t provided any evidence, despite me requesting it multiple times. I had actually deleted the app long before the payment was taken because I found it difficult to navigate and not very useful. I even had to Google what the app was when the charge came through.
They eventually offered me a $25 partial refund, which I did receive, but I’m still waiting for the report of my supposed usage.
Overall, the app is confusing, not very helpful, and the subscription system feels unclear and misleading. Based on my experience, I would avoid this app.

Months With No Service and Ignored Complaints

I’ve had a terrible experience with Hyperoptic. I’ve been without service for months, and despite reporting it several times, nothing was properly resolved. An engineer appointment I depended on was cancelled without any warning, even after I rearranged other commitments to be at home. When they tried to reschedule, it was for the exact day I had moved those commitments to.
I was also in regular contact with a customer service representative called Andjela. Her last email was on 24th October, and despite promising I would be compensated for one month’s service, she has not responded to any of my follow-up emails.
Customer service overall has been extremely frustrating — calls were repeatedly cut off, and the web chat adviser refused to help, telling me I could only resolve the issue by calling, even though calling never worked. I eventually had to take to social media before I received any response from customer services via email.
I was promised a month’s refund but was sent just 78p, which is insulting.
After months of no broadband, cancelled appointments, and poor communication, I asked to cancel my contract, only to be told I would have to pay early termination fees. This is completely unreasonable when they haven’t provided a working service.
Overall, Hyperoptic has been unreliable, unhelpful, and extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

1 Star – Months Without Service and No Accountability

My internet service with Hyperoptic has not worked since June, and the level of support I’ve received since then has been nothing short of appalling.
A technician appointment was arranged, then later cancelled without resolution or follow-up. Since then, I’ve tried to use live chat multiple times, but the chats are constantly cut off, and I can’t even download the transcripts to keep a record of what’s been said.
I’ve also called customer service numerous times, including three times in one day, but each time the calls were cut off — my last call lasted over 40 minutes before being disconnected, and no one bothered to call me back. Live chat agents keep telling me to call to cancel, but it’s impossible to actually get through to anyone who can help. To make matters worse, the email address listed on the website bounced back, so there’s no reliable way to reach them.
This has been going on for months, with no internet service, no resolution, and no accountability. It’s a clear breach of contract, and I’ve had to spend countless hours chasing a company that doesn’t seem to care about its customers.
All I want is for my contract to be terminated without penalty and to receive fair compensation for the months I’ve been paying for a service that hasn’t worked. Unfortunately, based on my experience, Hyperoptic’s customer service is unreliable and unresponsive, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

She answered all of my queries with ease and reassured me about any doubts I may have. Pall Mall - Breast Augmentation Surgery

Pall Mall offers such a great experience when it comes to cosmetic surgery. They have a vast number of clinics based in various locations which makes it easy to book an appointment. All the staff are helpful and so friendly. As soon as I visited, I knew this was where I would like to have my surgery. They have a top team of surgeons and the results they achieve are truly amazing. I could not recommend Pall Mall enough! I had breast augmentation surgery with Mr Topps and I am extremely pleased with my results. This surgery has been life changing for me and I am extremely thankful to Pall Mall for all their support.
