I was wary based on others' reviews, but our experience with Sweeek was great! We ordered an outdoor metal table and four chairs. They were dispatched promptly and arrived yesterday via Arrow XL, who kept us updated on the delivery, even calling 15 minutes before they arrived. The items arrived in excellent condition and look really good. Now, I am looking to order two further chairs.

Have used GSM a number of times now. Always on time, do a great job and tidy up after themselves.

Have just been notified by Have I Been Pwned of a Lookiero data breach from March 2024 where data including email address, names, phone number and physical addresses have been compromised. They have not reached out themselves.

Ordered in September no updates to the order. Only after chasing did they let me know that it wasn't in stock and had been oversold. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend or use them again.

The initial order of FitBit was fine, but when it stopped working, I attempted multiple contact methods to get them to confirm that I could return the item, but I didn't receive a reply. Having to go through Buyer Protection to get my money back.

Nightmare. Can't spend more than £40 online, can't use multiple cards for a purchase.

We (stupidly) asked for these as birthday presents and tbh I've never found it so hard to spend money in my life.

Again, same with the other reviews. Ordered shoes but realised after payment that I should have ordered narrow. Contacted customer service but was told it was too late to cancel as it had been prepared by the warehouse but I could just return them when they arrive, reasonable enough...the shoes arrived promptly and, as advised, I returned them. I noticed that the return label was to Germany but thought they would have said if they were experiencing delays due to Brexit.

Fast forward to 1 month later, no refund, and tracking stops working once it arrives in Germany. So disappointed with this experience. Keep getting fobbed off by customer services and they still haven't put any disclaimers on their UK page about return/refund delays. £60 out of pocket and no end in sight.

Box arrived damaged after having been dropped before packing for shipment luckily the fragile contents was not broken but it was disappointing to receive it in this state.
