Misleading Information…

There is a disconnect between you telling me the order is complete when it hasn't even left for delivery. In my book if you say the order is complete that means it has been delivered.

Since I was out Yodel left the parcel…

Since I was out Yodel left the parcel in previously agreed safe place. They were also supposed to leave a card saying parcel had been left. They didn't do this. Not impressed.
