I must be honest

I must be honest. Trying to contact Onecom was a headache.
Shivam was a star once I managed to get through.
5 Stars for Shivam but 3 starts for Onecom who were simply hard to get hold of.

I have edited my review based upon the item being delivered.

I have edited my review based upon the item being delivered.
However it is a 4 star rating due to the lack of communication and being what seems to be left in the dark regarding my order.

I emailed hello@ and still have no reply.

On a customer service level, it is important to check emails and reply soonest. customers who have only used you once are not gaining confidence in the company or website.

The product I received is genuine and packaged correctly as if I had bought it from the retail store.

Shocking amount of spam calls

Shocking amount of spam calls. Literally just keep calling to annoy the hell out of companies.

When a company say they want to be removed from your database from cold calling and are on a TPS system be obliged to remove them.

We have apologised and found the reason you have had calls is because you have inbound called us multiple times. We as a business have the customers at the front of our business so always return missed calls.

As confirmed, If you can supply us with all the numbers you wish to not be called they will be removed and you will never be called again.

Myprotein update - NO STOCK! AUTO REFUND!

So waiting a week and spending hundreds of pounds on Black Friday deals to be told there’s an issue in wharehouse is unacceptable.
Massively low on proteins and other bits I ordered.

DONT DO FRIDAY DEALS IF YOU CANT FULLFILL THE ORDERS!

Awful

13 parcels in a locker and not collected. 1 week later they still state 2 days to email locker company to arrange collection.
They have £1500 of my items.
1 week, and a dozen messages on the poor live chat and still none the wiser.

Useless and lie about delivery service.

Overall rating = absolutely as bad as it gets!
