Lucinda served me today and she could not have been more helpful . Showed me lots of different options. Was very patient and accommodating to me . Sabrina gift wrapped it for me and again was lovely, friendly and helpful. She wrapped it absolutely beautiful with personalised ribbon . Won’t hesitate going back to this shop .

Excellent customer service.

I found this company and Louise in particular who dealt with me to be very prompt and helpful in dealing with my claim. Louise was very professional yet very approachable in answering any of my queries. The issue was dealt with promptly and I was kept informe at all times.

Absolute terrible service

Absolute terrible service. I ordered items for my daughter for christmas weeks ago and they have never arrived. We messaged them on facebook and twitter, where they advertise a response within an hour. They took days to respond and we have had to send several more messages. They then said the items had been lost at the couriers and they would send again. After chasing again, they now say that the items are out of stock and we will be refunded. Still waiting. I would never use them again. No customer service telephone number and do not bother replying for days.
