Two visits failed to completely resolve the problem. We were then persuaded to get the wc pan disconnected to allow camera access and this revealed the extent of the problem. Two operatives were required to bring in heavy duty video equipment, which meant they could see and completely clear the problem. Very pleased with Dynorod guarantee, back up and resources.

The initial call centre response was not good but when he came the dyno rod engineer was well equipped with plungers, rods and cameras. Willing and friendly, but not the tidiest worker. The first attempt to clear the blockage seemed ok but 48 hours later it blocked again. No problems getting a second call out (under guarantee) the second visit seems to have fixed it. We mutually hoped we wouldn't need to meet again.

Too pushy. Despite asking them not to they sent us an automatic switch email to be effective in September 2023 when our current price fix comes to an end. No one knows what gas supply costs will be in 12 months time, costs have started to ease back from their historically high levels as LNG and Hydrogen supplies ramp up.
