It’s very hard to check to see if you have won anything. I have 300 entries but no idea what they are or what the winning numbers are

Booked a cottage for a week not as described

Booked a cottage for a week. Arrived and not as advertised. Could not stay in property and had to find alternative accommodation. Your helpline was useless. Was offered a £20 refund for a £465 holiday ref. COR-418418-CF. Your helpline said we could not cancel because your listing had a picture of a bath but no mention of one in description. This is incorrect. Enclosed garden had been destroyed in storms over a month before our arrival and despite you and the owner knowing we were bringing our dog it had not been repaired, so we could not let our dog out without him getting straight on to a busy main road or fields of sheep
