most useless customer support ever. Bullying you if you do not speak fluent french, eventhough you are trying, refusing to even try. if you have a pro account they cant support you in english. My number is not working (so if it wasnt because I had a private number with an other company I would not even be able to contact them) and my data on my phone is not working and I am paying over 120 euro a month, but this is an ongoing issue. And all they tell you is switch your phone on an off or learn to speak french! They have no customer support email so I can contact them and use a little translation to help me. Then they want me to go to the store ALL the time, thats not much help for ONLINE SUPPORT!! and it takes around 1 hour to get through to the service that then mocks you! STAY AWAY

I was going to receive some flowers, one week ago. After they stated they would deliver every day, with text, emails but no call or no attempt (which means i was waiting for everyday. for a week at home in specific times to ensure I was home as agreed with them).
I finally got the box with flowers, It was completely beaten, and the flowers were not as fresh as if I would have gotten them 1 week ago as agreed.
The delivery. guy called me, and did not come to the building, or door, but was just waiting on the other side og the street, i had to text him and guide him and call him up again and then go and pick it up myself.
Not a great service! The box btw also stated FRESH FLOWERS, so would not be hard to realize that this parcel maybe could not wait forever to be delivered.

Lovede at ringe inden levering, det skete ikke! Kunne ikke finde min adresse, først da jeg ringede 2. gang og skældte ud kom de med pakken. Leveringsmanden gad ikke gå ud af sin bil og kigge på døren men ringede så til mig, og kunne dårligt formulerer at han ikke kunne finde adressen, Jeg gik ud på gaden og helt over til bilen hvor han sad indeni og gav mig pakken. Utrolig dårlig service. Dog er kundeservice når du ringer til Bring, rigtig søde og forstående!
