Ordered a kitchen through the design team to ensure we didn’t miss anything we needed. Used the finance option to spread the cost. Kitchen was then fitted and we had over £1000 of items surplus. If more accuracy was used we may have a cheaper monthly payment? It has been refunded however as finance option used it will reduce the term of the borrowing.
MG have been brilliant! Very quick on producing a full quotation and started work very quickly for us. MG are in the process of renovating our entire home. The team have provided updates, given options and solutions to problems that have arose and kept us informed along the way. They are very thorough and their standards have been very high in the work carried out so far. Really love the husband/wife team set up. It is refreshing to find a building firm with such great ethics!

I visited as my glasses kept slipping. I felt a bit of an inconvenience which is very disappointing as my initial visit was very good. I wouldn’t recommend going in on a Sunday!

Very simple and efficient service. Just a day from sending jewellery to receiving offer and money being transferred to account. Values very professional and friendly, would recommend!
Great furniture but was not made aware that there would be several weeks delay on receiving product. Was made aware that I would receive updates but they stopped and I had to chase in the end.
Extremely happy with the service provided by Wendy Mison, my local Purple bricks agent! Very professional and nothing ever a problem regardless of the time of day! Have dealt with a number of local estates in my area which I must say are diabolical to say the least, so cannot rate Wendy enough! Fantastic! Asset to Purple Bricks!
