Kept informed of delivery...downhill since!!
Good points... kept informed re: progress of delivery. Bad points...Trousers described as navy, more of an air force blue.
Arrived off hanger and bundled in bag, obviously a return.
Worse thing the elastic waistband was twisted, so uncomfortable and could not be straightened out.
Return by Evri as faulty still had to pay £2.99.
I am totally fed up with this company.
After numerous emails back and forth with different people responding each time asking for the same information I am no nearer to a refund. I've also spoken to 2 different people at customer service who made promises they haven't delivered. They're just sending me round in circles till I give up, but I won't.
Honestly how do they keep getting away with it?
DO NOT order from them EVER,if you have to return say goodbye to your money as they'll just keep it!
Update I did eventually get my refund for the item and delivery postage. But despite numerous promises that return postage would also be refunded it wasn't. However I can't be bothered to keep chasing so I won't be buying from them again and I advise you to avoid at all costs.
