No customer care contact regarding my returns.
Items arrived fine and were good quality however I bought the items as a Christmas present mistaking polo club for Ralph Lauren as my son wanted. I processed my return packaging with the printable label and sent as the instructions informed. A week passed and I emailed the customer support but received no response, I have looked for a contact phone number but cant find one. As it stands I am almost £300 out of pocket with no items and no communication from Polo Club.
