Items arrived fine and were good quality however I bought the items as a Christmas present mistaking polo club for Ralph Lauren as my son wanted. I processed my return packaging with the printable label and sent as the instructions informed. A week passed and I emailed the customer support but received no response, I have looked for a contact phone number but cant find one. As it stands I am almost £300 out of pocket with no items and no communication from Polo Club.

I was worried after ordering and seeing the reviews but really pleased with the purchase and the quality. Thank you British homes direct

Delivery driver was very rude and abrupt in which I felt very uncomfortable on my own property.
