The BOXT team dealing with our boiler replacement

The BOXT team dealing with our replacement boiler were very efficient. The installation team were first class.
My only criticism is the cost of the installation charged by BOXT. It was extortionate, given my mum had a policy with Homeserve. Homeserve are expensive. They are ripping people off. We will not be renewing our policy with them when it expires. They are profiteering out of long standing loyal customers expense.

A really easy website to navigate and order online from. The range is great. I really like the ethos of the company too. To top it all off my order arrived in a fantastic travel trunk.

Overpriced

Overpriced - found Guinness 0.0 at Tesco for a £1.00. The beer tokens are not worth anything. Can never seem to use them to redeem free delivery or off purchases. Efficient delivery service. But very pricey. Will be looking around for better offers.

ordering observations.

Website is ok. It could do with providing more details on products. not everybody is an expert bee keeper. There is a total lack of communication following order placement. there are no instructions for making up some of the items. It may be useful to group the additional items you need when ordering super frames, ie. pins, castellated frames etc.
It would be easier to order if the products for hive types are grouped better. I ordered again following a recent order which took over 20 days to arrive. unfortunately your competitors are more expensive, but this should not mean you take customers for granted.

Too much of there ranges are made in…

Too much of there ranges are made in China. It is also overpriced in my view.

I’m very sorry that you weren’t made aware of where we make our products before placing your order, as we’re certainly proud of how we manufacture in China and would happily tell you more about how, why & where we produce. Perhaps knowing more about this would have helped you make a more informed choice before placing your order with us and answered any questions you still feel you may have. Although we make our accessories in a few different places, including here in the UK, it’s true that we currently make all our furniture & kitchens in China.. We have our own production house with our own team that we built from scratch, and we make sure they are all paid fairly and working in excellent conditions. Our production managers might be European, but we work alongside lots of longstanding and dedicated Chinese craftspeople, artisans, and makers – all of whom are very much part of the Neptune family and we’re proud to have them as part of our team. Great Service from Suzanne at the…

Great Service from Suzanne at the showroom in Fittleworth, really good choice of fabrics & styles. Delivery Team very efficient and kept us up to date with delivery time. on delivery, one of the sofas had a mark on, this was reported back to the showroom, within 1 day we had a response and a technician came out to rectify the mark.
A great product which you can customise to suit your environment plus good after sales care.
