The reason for the three stars is not really your fault. Hermes didn't deliver the package on the day and it took an extra week for it to arrive after two emails. This meant that I had to order it from Amazon so that I could have the package on time.

This academy is amazing. I have five grandchildren who have all taken part in at least one of the courses. The results have been incredible: confidence in acting; superb filming and editing; engaging with other kids from many diverse backgrounds and making new friends. The variety in the things they do means that they are never bored and always want more involvement. I can't recommend this enough.
