Terrible
Waiting 2 weeks and my items have not even been dispatched. I contacted customer support who kept brushing me off with nonsense. They took 3 days to reply and told me that elves were working hard to get my items perfect and add final touches... I waited a further week and my order still wasn't shipped. Currently having issues trying to get a refund
