Late delivery and damaged goods

I received an email from DX delivery stating that my parcel would be delivered on Wednesday 13th July with between 10:26 -12:26. I waited in all day but my parcel was not delivered.
I emailed you but did not receive a reply.
Eventually I received an email to tell me that I would receive a deliverly on Saturday 16th July (3 days after my original delivery date) my parcel was delivered, although after the alloted time that you specified.
Unfortunately the parcel packaging was damaged and I now need to return my delivery (a garden table) as the table is damaged.

Competively priced, great service

I dealt with Zak, I found Pipe stock to be very competitively priced and they hold a huge stock of products.

I received my products the following day and received a follow up email from Zak who was very helpful.
